The name is too similar to a nearby hotel. Read the title slow - & the location is closer to the airport terminal 1. The Regal Airport Hotel lobby has a nice open atmosphere. You can view the Om SPA on 3F from the front desk. I would recommend a stay at the spa for relief. The staff can be a little arrogant. Some men were mistreating clients based off appearance. Others were more kind and happy to help serve me during my check out. The staff at the OM SPA and outdoor pool were kind. They spoke various languages which met my needs as an international traveler. The room was exquisite. It had comfy furniture and a good view outdoors. I had the 8th floor which was quiet most of the night. In the morning I could watch the sun rise is the small common space beside the lift. Thanks ! I would stay again.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and nutritious, and they offer a free airport shuttle service. The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and our room had an unbeatable ocean view. After an initial three-day stay, I was so impressed that I decided to book this Sheraton again for my final night. I contacted Ctrip to inquire about extending my stay in the same sea view room, and both Ctrip and the hotel coordinated quickly to arrange it. When I went to process the extension, the front desk staff seemed a little unsure of the procedure. However, the manager personally stepped in, efficiently processing my extension while patiently explaining the process to the staff for future reference, all while courteously addressing my concerns. This truly thoughtful service ensured my extension was handled swiftly and efficiently. I would definitely choose to stay here again! P.S. There's a French restaurant just around the corner downstairs that I highly recommend!

We stayed as a family of 4 within a group of 12 (including kids), and Novotel Citygate was the perfect choice. The location is super convenient — right next to Citygate Outlets, close to the Ngong Ping Cable Car, and just a short ride to Disneyland. The free airport shuttle was a huge help, especially for a big group like ours. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a modern, welcoming vibe. Although we didn’t avail of breakfast, we were happy with the overall service and amenities. Definitely recommended for families or groups who want comfort, accessibility, and great value near Lantau Island attractions.

This trip to Hong Kong was for G-Dragon's concert, and I also took my child to experience Hong Kong Disneyland's 20th anniversary. We stayed at the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung. The hotel is very new, and our sea-view room offered a stunning, unobstructed view. Our overall stay was excellent. First, let's talk about transportation, which is incredibly tourist-friendly. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from both the airport and the MTR station. As soon as we landed in Hong Kong, it was easy to find the shuttle to the hotel, completely eliminating the hassle of transferring with luggage. Getting to the city center or other attractions by MTR is also very convenient; just a few stops from the station, you can reach all the popular sights. Plus, it's very close to Hong Kong Disneyland and the Ngong Ping 360 cable car. My concert venue was also nearby, so after a full day of activities, getting back to the hotel was never a hassle. The service, simply put, was exceptional. From the check-in staff at the front desk to every service member we encountered, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. Whenever we had questions, they patiently answered them and offered thoughtful advice. What truly stood out was the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Every single dish was absolutely delicious! The cooking techniques were exquisite, perfectly preserving the freshness and flavor of the ingredients. Every bite was a pure delight, clearly reflecting the chef's dedication. My taste buds were dancing with joy! Next time I visit Hong Kong, I'll definitely be staying here again!

Staying at the Hong Kong Silverview Hotel, I found delightful surprises in every detail. The room wasn't overly spacious, but the light wood furnishings brightened it up. Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows, the glittering nightscape of Victoria Harbour spilled into view, and even the air seemed infused with Hong Kong's romantic charm. The bathroom featured a neat wet/dry separation, the toiletries had a subtle gardenia scent, and the bath towels were fluffy like clouds. Right below, the MTR station entrance made it easy to shop in Tsim Sha Tsui or enjoy a cha chaan teng meal in Sheung Wan. Returning, picking up some fishballs from the corner stall and carrying the steaming paper bowl into the elevator, there was a wonderful, homely ease. The front desk staff spoke fluent Mandarin, and the cool mints offered at check-out were a refreshing touch. While not a top-tier luxury hotel, it perfectly blends convenience and comfort, much like a beloved old cha chaan teng tucked away in Hong Kong's streets – cozy and unforgettable.
