The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Although somewhat old, the room I stayed in was clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast served also has lots of varieties. One thing to note is the hotel does not provide bottled water and toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. Photos shown are views from my room and also the waterfront which is within walking distance. All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant.

The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. Thank you. :) Thank you.

The hotel room is huge, AC is cold, no noises at night. The downside is that it’s a little far from TST and MTR (around 7-10 mins walk) but you can use shortcut through the park to TST. The staffs are very nice, they do room cleaning and give you new towels every day (we travel in 3 people and end up having 8 towels on check out day). The concierge is very helpful, we forget the luggage scale and we can borrow from them as well. Though the hotel is a bit too old and dated, you can see some tiny mold at the corner of bathroom, the carpet has lots of dust which isn’t good for people with allergies, and the elevators are too slow even though they have 2 sides of them but you’d wait forever during peak time. Overall 8/10 for me.

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Hong Kong during the National Day holiday, and the location was fantastic – so convenient for getting everywhere! The MTR station is right outside, and it's an easy walk to the Avenue of Stars or the Star Ferry Pier. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary toiletries or bottled water; you have to purchase them separately. During our stay, my child suddenly felt unwell in the middle of the night. We spoke to Hotel Manager T, who gave us incredibly timely advice and helped us call a taxi downstairs to the hospital. We're very grateful! Our 3-day stay felt very warm and welcoming.

The hotel's location is excellent! It's incredibly convenient for transportation, being close to the China Ferry Terminal, high-speed rail station, and MTR subway stations. Shopping is also a breeze with everything you could ask for at China Hong Kong City and Harbour City. Sightseeing is even easier – in about 5-10 minutes, you can walk through Harbour City to the Star Ferry Terminal and enjoy panoramic views of Victoria Harbour! The hotel also offers great value for money, and the service is attentive and efficient. My only suggestion for improvement: perhaps because it's a bit older, some of the room furnishings and decor feel a bit dated. I hope the hotel considers gradually updating the rooms to provide guests with an even more comfortable environment.

Free upgrade from a queen to a king bed. The room has an air purifier, which is a nice touch, even though the room itself isn't huge, which is pretty normal for hotels here. The A21 airport bus stop is conveniently located nearby, and it's a decent walk to the Avenue of Stars and the MTR station. My only complaint is that my room was right next to the elevator, and the constant up-and-down noise kept me awake all night.

For Hong Kong, where every inch is precious, the hotel room was surprisingly spacious. We had no problem opening up two suitcases. There's a mini-bar with complimentary drinks and a free toothbrush and toothpaste set. Our room was on the eighth floor with a direct view of Nathan Road below. Being a bit further from the elevator, the room was quite quiet. Getting around was very convenient; Jordan MTR Station exits D/E lead right to it. Our booking on Trip.com included the accommodation tax, and check-in was quick. There's a Mannings and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's also easy to get to Disneyland. We needed to exchange a bit of Hong Kong currency; we bought Jenny Bakery cookies at Mirador Mansion, and they only accepted cash. Most shops took WeChat Pay and Alipay. I initially used Alipay, but later found that WeChat Pay offered a better exchange rate. The hotel facilities are a bit dated; the lights need to be twisted manually to turn off, and the WiFi signal was just okay. Overall, it was still a good stay.

Overall, it is entirely standard, lacking any notable highlights, yet it offers reasonable value for money, suitable for those with limited budgets. The location is adequate, near the city center with reliable transportation; one can walk to the subway and nearby street food options without issue. The room is of moderate size, with simple decor that falls short of luxury but maintains cleanliness and order. The bed is sleepable, and both air conditioning and WiFi function as expected. Staff attitudes are neutral, check-in and check-out proceeded smoothly, and the morning buffet breakfast has limited variety—merely sufficient to satiate, with coffee and bread passing muster at best. Of course, the bathroom water pressure is somewhat weak, and soundproofing is average, occasionally allowing noise disturbances. However, given that the rates are only two-thirds of comparable establishments, such minor flaws are hardly worth mentioning. In summary, if you seek mere functionality rather than excitement, this place is worth considering. It will not greatly disappoint, nor will it provide excessive delight. Should the need arise again, I might select it once more. Recommendation rating: 4/5.

This is my go-to hotel every year I visit. The location is excellent, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is generally good. It's very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Overall, I have a positive impression. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The famous Chungking Mansions, known from many Hong Kong films, is right next door, and Canton Road is also just a short walk away. For a Tsim Sha Tsui hotel, it offers exceptional value for money considering its room types and pricing!

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Hong Kong West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. You can store your luggage if you arrive early, and they even allowed early check-in around 2 PM, which was a great service. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, making the facilities very convenient. The only minor drawback is that the beds are a bit narrower compared to mainland China, but given Hong Kong's limited space, that's understandable. Also, the hotel Wi-Fi often lags and fails to load content in the evenings once guests return. Overall, it was a very good experience and definitely worth recommending 👍

MM498216****The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and right outside, there's a bus stop for the airport. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The room facilities are great, and it's very clean. They even provide complimentary bottled water. On the downside, the sheets and duvet covers felt very damp, possibly because the room hadn't been occupied for a while. As someone who's lived in the South for a long time, I found this uncomfortable. The soundproofing in the room is terrible; you can hear every sound from next door. I was actually woken up by doors opening and closing at around 6 AM.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spotless and well-maintained, and the facilities felt quite new. The hotel's location is excellent, with many popular local eateries and restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently close to a subway station, reachable by bus or on foot. Situated in a residential area, the hotel is wonderfully quiet and feels very safe. I particularly appreciate the hotel's commitment to prioritizing the safety of female travelers. I highly recommend it to all ladies planning a trip.

MM537331****Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive; they have everything you could want. Cleanliness: The sanitary conditions are also good. Environment: When I came to Hong Kong, I couldn't find the hotel's location for the life of me. Someone had to lead me up to it before I found it. Service: The Black guy working there provided good service. Finally, I'd like to say the hotel's location is excellent, close to everything. After watching the fireworks last night, it was incredibly convenient to get back to the hotel. It's a very nice hotel, and if I come to HK again, I'll definitely book this one.

YYaonvmengxiyangThis National Day holiday, I chose to visit Hong Kong and Macau and stayed at The Prince Hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, right next to Hermès. Check-in was very fast, and the front desk even upgraded me to a very spacious suite, which came with all the toiletries. The breakfast area was also pleasant; even during a long holiday, it wasn't chaotic like some other places, with staff guiding guests to their tables. The location is excellent; I went in and out multiple times a day for shopping and sightseeing. Victoria Harbour is also just a short walk away. I'll definitely stay at The Prince Hotel again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

11357080****Just got back from Korea, and I was so impressed with how spacious the room was. I'd requested a room with a separate shower when I booked, and that's exactly what I got. The overall layout and facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel's location is fantastic, with Victoria Harbour night views and shopping just a stone's throw away. What truly surprised me, though, was the exceptional service. I had pre-booked a bus ticket back to Shenzhen and was rushing back to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage. The duty manager (I didn't catch their name) saw we were in a hurry and immediately arranged for a staff member to help us sprint with our luggage all the way to the bus stop. Otherwise, it would have been quite a struggle for us two women to drag such heavy suitcases for a 5-6 minute walk. The young man who helped us, Kevin, kept looking back to make sure we were keeping up. A huge thank you again to all the hotel staff who helped us today!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean even though there were signs of wear and tear. Be aware that they provide daily disposable paper bath towels instead of cloth towels. No hand or face towels provided. I had to ask for hand soap to be provided to us. Hand sink shares the same area with beds. The safe battery was low by the fourth day. Bed linen was great and room keeping services were outstanding. We needed cleanup from an accident and they took care of it promptly for us.

GGuest UserGood hotel at Central location. Good cleaning provided, and water refills available, no noise during night and proper AC. Only downsides: harder to find because it is located in the middle of a noisy, busy and smelly (shisha) bar street. You don't hear it from the hotel room though, but it's not very easy when traveling with your suitcases and luggage, and taxis cannot drop off close by.

DDungalakanshijieFacilities: All-inclusive, but with few smart automated devices. Cleanliness: Replenished promptly, very clean. Environment: The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Yau Ma Tei, Temple Street, and Mong Kok. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the MTR station, and taxis are also very convenient. Service: Much better than I expected, with all staff providing service with a smile. Breakfast: I always pay close attention to breakfast quality in all hotels that include it, and the breakfast quality here was pretty good, though the selection of dishes was a bit limited. Everything else was great.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect, very close to the train stations. The room was nice, although unfortunately, I was assigned one of the darker rooms, mainly due to the interior decoration rather than the view. I would suggest a bit more friendliness and a warmer welcome from the staff. I understand that cultural differences may influence warmth and hospitality, but in this industry, making guests feel truly welcome is essential. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall experience.
