It was an ok stay. The bathroom was not that clean and had a weird smell, otherwise it wasn’t that bad.

Great location right next to Ala Moana mall and within walking distance to Waikiki. Room was clean but overall amenities for the room were average (nothing special for but enough for the stay).

The room was smaller than we thought but the location was really close to the mall. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The lobby looks fine but the room is really old, pay extra money to upgrade to an ocean view with balcony at main building. The Starbucks in the hotel is so expensive😳

Can’t expect too much for this hotel, room and facility a bit old, stay in a non star hotel maybe better for value.

It is quite an old hotel, and the room looks a bit wearing out. I had requested a room at high level but I was assigned a room at 5 fl. The location and accessibility to Ala Moana made the stay so enjoyable. It is 10 minutes walk to shopping and Ala Moana Park

A very well located hotel. Adjoining the shopping center where you will find all the necessary amenities (huge shopping center). The hotel is close to many bus lines and only 20 minutes from Waikiki Beach. A quieter and equally beautiful beach is 6 minutes away from the market. The hotel has a laundry room, gym, swimming pool. The staff is very pleasant. There are a few shops and a Starbucks in the hotel on the ground floor.

The location is connected to the shopping center by a bridge, so there are no complaints. The price of this hotel is very low. The attitude of the front desk service and the telephone service behind is very poor. The facilities are old, the room size is okay but worn out, and the bedding is also worn out, just the standard of a budget hotel. It is really far behind Hilton, Surfer, and Hyatt. There was what appeared to be a transgender (male to female) person at the front desk. It's almost check-out time. My partner wanted to squat in the toilet for a while, so he called the front desk and told us to check out half an hour late. He disagreed, and 15 minutes later was not allowed, and the attitude was very bad, which has never happened in other hotels. Check out does not print the bill. This is the first time I have encountered it. Be careful of being charged by mistake.
