"Location wise since it’s near to the airport it only takes 20-30mins depending upon the traffic. But it's difficult to ride a taxi since the area has a road policy.
Room is good. Affordable. Don't expect much what you pay is what you get. Air conditioned room. No Television. Internet is available.No soap and shampoos. They will give you one roll of tissue. So please bring if you want to shower or buy. Not advisable for those who have health conditions since the room and the information area was in the third floor. Not as quiet as you expected because the hotel was around the main road you can hear all the vehicles passing. Not comfortable for walking outside be extra cautious with your belongings and jewelries. Most of the nearby buildings are abandoned. Rotten animals near the hotel area.
If you want a place near the airport it's good. Just don't be picky a peace of advice. ☺️"

Aainsya A.I needed a hotel for 10 hours transit between 2 international flights. The sakura capsule hotel is located in terminal 1 (domestic) of Cebu airport, around 3-5 mins walk from the international arrival. The walkway is actually an outdoor parking space between the two terminals and I felt safe walking even though it was 2 in the morning. Check in process was smooth, the staff are friendly and accommodating, there is locker to keep your shoes and luggage, their mattress was super comfortable, enough sockets / usb slots to recharge your devices, shower and toilet are clean with towel , slippers and tooth brush provided. There are also shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. I rested well all the way till the time to check in for my flight around 11 am (the staff also asked if I need a wake up call which I did not need but still, cool!). There is also little area for coffee and tea to refresh your morning. I would come back here without hesitation. Thank you!

GGuest UserI stayed in August 2025. The two female staff members were very kind and planned the tour. The room is clean enough to relax, but I spent a lot of time drinking coffee and alcohol in the free lounge space next to the reception. Thank you for the comfortable time.

MMaddog220Beautiful and cozy resort within walking distances to the beach and nearby food and grocery amenities. The rooms are small but has good functioning aircon and water heater for showers. Everything is clean and works well. No complaints at all. The local home-cooked Philippines breakfast is great with many choices too! Motorcycle rental is 300php per day at the resort itself and they are Not rather new bikes and worth it for travelling to all the places of interests on Bantayang island. The best experience is with the lady manager Aiza, who is very helpful with her tips on local places of interest and provided whatever requests we have on the resort. This resort is a not too expensive home-stay experience at a good location, which I will return, if I come back to Bantayang Island.

RROLAND VThis is one of my favorite place to stay in Cebu whenever I want to be on staycation. The place is a walking distance to Crossroads, 88th Avenue, Cebu IT Park and even Waterfront Cebu. I spent New Year’s Eve there.
This is a budget friendly hotel. Will definitely be back again soon

I stayed at BMax near Mactan International Airport and had a pleasant experience overall. The building may be a bit old, but it’s well maintained and kept clean, which made the stay comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating — they made check-in and check-out smooth and were always ready to assist. Lockers are available for storing your belongings, which is a nice touch. Just a tip: it’s best to bring your own padlock for added security
The location is perfect if you need a place close to the airport, and it’s ideal for short stays or layovers. It’s not the quietest place, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs, but it still offers a decent place to rest before or after a flight.
Overall, it’s a practical and budget-friendly option with good service and a convenient location

OOliver RequilmanThe location is very convenient since it is along Jones Ave or now Osmena Avenue. However, while it is clean inside, there's a lot of Dog Poops outside the Pension. And you will have to dart these large flies as you walk from the entrance to the main road. There's a lot of hanging clotheslines across the pension house.
While they have free breakfast, it is so poorly served. Dont expect quality. And you cannot even advance your breakfast, you have to follow their schedule.
On a serious note, the free breakfast is not worth considering if you plan to stay in this place. The only advantage they have is that this is near the main road.

GGuest UserI had a great stay in this hotel. The only concern I had was the shower bec it’s kinda low on pressure. Hindi maganda ang distribution ng tubig so you end up using the faucet underneath it instead. Staff was very accommodating and facilities looks clean too. Thank you!

TTSFIt is located on the road going up the mountain from the center of Cebu City. The area is developing and there are high-rise apartment buildings, but there are also many very peaceful houses (if you head towards the valley from the guesthouse site, you will see many dugout huts, and although it is not a slum, you will enter an area where people with low incomes live). There is a restaurant nearby, and the food is delicious. The living room and kitchen are on the first floor (shared with the staff, so it smells good at mealtimes). The beds are perfect, there is air conditioning, and the shower has good water pressure, so I think it is the best choice for backpackers. The photo shows the road going down to the valley area mentioned above in the neighborhood. It was a Sunday when I stayed there, so I could see the residents singing karaoke.

AAnonymous UserThe room smelled stuffy, there were a lot of ants, and the cleanliness was average. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel was generally poorly maintained and stuffy. There was construction work at the hotel during my one week stay.
