Bang Phli Hostels

I booked this hotel because I arrived in the early hours and didn't want the hassle of going into the city. Due to the unusual arrival time, I wasn't sure how to select the date, so I just went with the typical domestic booking method. Shortly after booking, I received an email and realized the date was incorrect. After emailing them, they helped me adjust it without needing to cancel and rebook. Then, my flight was heavily delayed, and with a lot of people, I ended up arriving at the hotel nearly two hours later than planned. Throughout this, I communicated with them multiple times via email, and they assured me they would hold my room, which was a huge relief. They even started counting the 4-hour stay from my actual check-in time, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is located a bit further in, off the airport express line. The room isn't large, but for a by-the-hour room, which is essentially for temporary stays, I think it was excellent.

Booked this for a layover for my family. The biggest plus is not having to leave the airport or worry about transportation. It's about a 5-minute walk from the arrivals hall, and it's quite busy, so a solo female traveler would feel safe. Check-in was set for 6 PM, and we arrived a bit before that, but the staff member wasn't at their post, so we had to wait a little. I'd recommend arriving exactly at check-in time. As for facilities, I didn't have high expectations; mainly just needed a place to sleep.

Around 2-30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi airport by taxi(depending on the traffic). The location is so-so. Not much to do nearby without doing a 20 minute hike. The place is fine for the night. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. There is a shuttle service to Suvarnabhumi airport for 200 baht regardless of the time of day or night/early morning etc. They have an on-site restaurant with really reasonable prices.
