Posted on May 7, 2026|Bed in 12 Beds Female Dormitory with Shared Bathroom (Female Only)
Anonymous UserThis was my second time booking an all-female dorm, and it was very clean and comfortable.
However, that's just the nature of hostels – your experience isn't just about the facilities and service, but also largely depends on your roommates.
Unfortunately, on the night of May 4, 2016, in the female dorm, some girls were playing short videos on their phones without headphones. Then, two other Chinese girls excitedly chatted loudly in Mandarin until 11:30 PM. They then proceeded to shower and blow-dry their hair until past midnight. You could hear their showering, chatting, loud laughter, and hair-drying from floors above and below at that late hour. It was truly embarrassing. They clearly have no regard for public etiquette. As a Chinese girl myself, I felt incredibly ashamed and embarrassed by their behavior. In the future, I'll remember to choose hostels that are less frequented by Chinese travelers. It's a real shame.

djkhcThe facilities were kept clean, and the reception and cleaning staff were very kind! There were three shower rooms and three toilets each for women, and they were cleaned frequently. The shower rooms had shampoo and body soap. There was also one hairdryer in the vanity area. The room had a locker large enough to fit a carry-on size bag, and another locker at the head of the bed for valuables, both of which could be locked, which was reassuring. I brought a converter from Japan for the outlets, but it wasn't necessary. There were two outlets by the bed, so it wasn't inconvenient at all. The laundry room was on the 3rd floor, and I could hang my washed clothes there to dry. Since it's a well-ventilated indoor space, my laundry wouldn't get wet even during a squall. The fish market is nearby, so I noticed a slight fishy smell until I got to the hostel, but overall, it was a very satisfying stay! I'm glad I chose to stay here!

The location is across from Huiguang, and I felt quite removed from the hustle and bustle. Being tucked away in an alley seemed to offer more tranquility. Walking out every day on a street lined with yellow flowers really brightened my mood. I stayed in a female-only dorm, and it was a bit odd that there were so many Thai people staying there. The common areas were always quiet. Everyone came down for breakfast promptly every morning. You had to cook your own eggs, which was actually quite fun (it's a self-service buffet, and you're expected to clean up after yourself. You can even bring your own cutlery for the experience!). On weekends, the hotel even organized gatherings like BBQs and karaoke, and everyone was incredibly friendly.

This was my first trip abroad, and I stayed at this hotel in Bangkok. Compared to the bustling Siam area, it's much more relaxed and quiet here, and the neighborhood feels very safe. It's super convenient with 7-Eleven stores, various street food stalls, and shopping centers nearby. Major malls are just a short walk away. The room was very clean, the water pressure was great, and the air conditioning was strong. Every staff member at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly! Both check-in and check-out were a breeze. If I come back to Bangkok, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

AnasdanWe stayed at this hotel for one night, mainly because of its very convenient location — only a 4-minute walk to the Russian Embassy. The area is great overall, with several shopping malls nearby.
Check-in was a bit unusual: there was no one at the reception, so we had to ring a bell and wait. After a while, a staff member came, registered us, gave us the keys, and explained where to go.
Our room was on the 4th floor. It was generally comfortable and well-equipped, although not brand new — there are some visible signs of wear and tear.
Pros:
• Excellent location (especially for visiting the embassy)
• The room is well-equipped: a very powerful fridge, coffee machine (latte and americano capsules), microwave, dishes and utensils
• Large smart TV with internet (YouTube, Netflix) — a big plus and not very common
• Good and stable Wi-Fi
• Extremely strong water pressure — one of the best I’ve experienced
• Both a bathtub and a separate shower
• Comfortable mattress
• Power outlets near the bed
• Air conditioner works quietly and doesn’t blow directly onto the bed
• Nice detail: you can watch TV from the bathtub through the window between the rooms
Cons:
• Quite a lot of ants in the room (not unusual for Thailand, but still)
• Synthetic bed linen with some pilling — less comfortable than cotton
• Bathroom feels a bit worn, despite the bathtub being new
• The bathroom window cannot be fully closed — it has a mesh and lets air in constantly
• Noise from the road (didn’t bother us much, but worth noting)
• Slightly inconvenient check-in and check-out process (you need to call staff each time)
Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay, especially if location is important. The hotel feels a bit worn in places, but still comfortable and well-equipped.

Good value for the price. The room was simple but clean and everything worked as expected. WiFi was fast and reliable throughout the stay, which made a big difference. There’s a restaurant on the ground floor that’s convenient and serves decent food, especially after a long day out. Location near Khao San Road is great if you want to be close to everything. a solid option for the budget with no major issues.

Guest UserOverall Experience: This hotel is a decent option, especially if you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle. The rooftop room I booked was incredibly spacious and cozy, perfect for a relaxing night even when it rained. The location is a bit tricky, with no parking and a narrow alleyway leading to the entrance, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet.
The highlight was definitely the rooftop room. It felt so open and comfortable. However, the open-air bathroom might not be for everyone, especially if you're shy. For me, it was completely fine. Just be aware there’s no elevator, and if you’re on the 6th floor like I was, be ready for a bit of a climb! Bringing snacks and drinks up with you is a good idea to avoid going up and down too often. The view from the top floor room was absolutely amazing. It was a great reward after the climb. haha!
P.s..I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a unique and quiet experience and doesn't mind a bit of a workout to get to their room. The view and the rooftop room are fantastic. :)

Anonymous UserThe room was clean, and the reception staff were kind.
I liked this hostel, so I extended my stay for another two nights.
However, on the day before I checked out, a housekeeper threw away my clothes that I had hung on my bed frame to dry.
She said she assumed I had already checked out because there was no bag around.
(However, I had kept my luggage in the locker throughout my entire four-night stay.)
The hostel should verify whether a guest has actually checked out before removing their belongings.
Even if something had been left behind after check-out, they should have been kept in a lost-and-found box for at least a few days instead of being thrown away soon.

Guest UserOne of the cheapest places I stay in Bangkok, worth this price I guess.
Around 9 this morning, someone who wasn’t staying in this room came inside the room opened the window to grab their clothes that were drying. When she opened it, my cap got blown outside. Thankfully it was brought back, but it still felt like everyone can come inside anytime……
