Kutchan Hot Springs Hotels

This is our favorite hotel from the trip! If I ever get a chance to go back, I'd definitely stay there again. The staff are incredibly lovely and friendly. The hotel breakfast is excellent – if 10 is the highest, I'd give it 100! Even during the low season, they maintained high standards for everything. The room was fantastic. We stayed in room 703, a four-bedroom unit, and it was super comfortable. The view was beautiful, and the room was clean and very new. I loved every square inch of it. The whole family voted this as the number one accommodation of our trip!

This was my first time skiing in Niseko, and this hotel truly provided a fantastic experience. Everything, from the staff to the service and the rooms, was excellent. The location is superb, with the main entrance facing Mount Yotei, a convenience store right across the street, and its central position makes it easy to walk to other places.

The best choice for those who want to see snow and play in the snow but not ski in Niseko. The hotel is very quiet. There are only 18 rooms. The room you book includes breakfast and dinner. There are ********* service staff who can speak Chinese. Once you arrive at the hotel, they will give you a detailed introduction to the arrangements for breakfast and dinner and hotel details. Breakfast is a 2-choice Chinese/Western set meal, and dinner has Japanese Sukiyaki/Western choices (four adults chose 2 Sukiyaki and 2 Western dishes, which were very delicious). The room is 75 square meters, and the design is very user-friendly. There is even a washing machine in each room. You can see the snow scenery of Mt. Yotei by opening the balcony door. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while soaking in the hot spring. It is really worth staying for 1-2 nights. The hotel also has 24-hour tea and refreshments in the lobby. There is also a Japanese-made handicraft area for sale. There is a large area of ​​snow just outside the hotel, and children can have a lot of fun. In short, it is a very memorable and recommended Japanese inn.

Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc. We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos. The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel. The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware. The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance. The Chinese counter is really good. ⋯ We have encountered many problems and helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we have to go to another hotel and send a car to send us there.
