This was our second time here. Our first time staying here was excellent. This time, unfortunately, was not like our first time. Two pillow sheets were stained. One of the beds sheets was stained as well. The room was suppose to be smoke free but the top cover of the bed was marked with a cigarette burn. Luckily, the room did not smell like smoke. Also, someone messed with the tv timer. The tv kept turning on every 10 minutes after it was turned off. We couldn’t figure out how to fix it so we had to unplug the tv. Also, the smoke detector was taken off of ceiling. Other then those few things, the room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice and clean. Only thing I didn’t like was when we returned later that night, there wasn’t any parking. They should look into getting additional parking.

OMG! One of my favorite places to stay in Houston it’s very safe and the front desk attendant D is awesome. I love every morning that I go in and talk to him and he have a good conversation. I definitely recommend staying at blue star.

This room is must stay! The staff, the front desk attended or all friendly and nice. The rooms are affordable online and if you just walk in, I would definitely recommend this for anyone that’s looking for a room. That’s quiet safe

Overall a good experience. Management is friendly and courteous. If maintained well with cleanliness upkeep, this will stay as a very nice place to rest.

Spanking Brand New, friendly staff, easy safe parking, great location. Perfect inexpensive hotel to stay at if you just need a quick stop in between long trips.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room that I was in was a little bit noisy. The weatherstripping on the door was not perfectly installed. After we have closed and locked the door; we still can see the light coming in from the side of the door. Without saying, that’s where the noise were coming from as well.
