Overall decent. Location not the best. Room is relatively small. Breakfast is just bread.

房間是用輕隔間隔開，一大早打掃大姨在房間外整理東西，聲音完全一清二楚。對於比較淺眠的人預定時要特別注意喔。
但陽台的景確實不錯，雖然只有一小角。

交通方便，路邊停車兩側白線也很多，不用擔心，離東大門夜市也很近，早餐簡單好吃，晚上也附有飲料跟餅乾，下次來花蓮旅遊住宿首選

沒有停車場，但是附近停車還是很方便
在花蓮市區 靠海的一間旅店
離東大門夜市很近～走路就可以到！
房間內也很乾淨，隔音也還不錯
早餐算是中式 稀飯鹹菜 還是挺不錯的
整體來說都還是不錯的一間旅宿

設備有些缺乏檢查維修部分，例如浴室門鎖鬆動有時會卡死，衣架破裂會割到手，吹風機有裂痕.背面進風孔也已經塞滿棉絮(容易過熱)，樓梯間已經有壁癌產生，樓梯逃生動線也不該放置推車(應該是房務使用的.而且是放整天)
但基本上環境算舒適，距海邊.夜市也很近，整體上不算有啥大問題，就一些細節能夠再進步

Alles war toll! Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Lage unmittelbar vorm Meer und trotzdem genug Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor Allem für diesen Preis!
