Heating function failure in the hotel and it was cold all night. I had to ask the front desk 5-6 times and send us a small heater to use, but that was not warm enough for us.

一進房間發現床上有頭髮，床頭上的噴淋安裝位置未收扣，格外醒目，房間裝修邊角多處未處理，顯得很醜陋，電梯轎廂門膜處理不乾淨，整個酒店的整體衞生較差，反應給前台床上有頭髮，沒有任何迴應。

★一進去房間就會問到有異味，床上有長頭髮，再發現地上頭髮更多，酒店衞生沒有管理好，體驗感比較差！
★早餐:相對這個價格級別酒店比較差一些，（沒有上某條評論這麼好）有失落感！！！！
★訂單含雙人下午茶，但這下午茶比較水！怎麼叫雙人下午茶衹有一塊蛋糕🍰，另外叫了快一個小時才送上來！
服務方面有點失敗，沒有達到這酒店水平！
