Zak Inn

Can’t recommend this place enough. Staff are amazing nothing is too much for them. Service is incredible. No hassle. Very clean. What you see in the picture of the room is what you get. It’s very loud on the street but once you come in the noise of the street is very faint. Pool is also clean. I have been here twice now and will definitely go again. Everyone is so polite too. Always smiling.

This place is the worst I have been in my life probably. I have been 15 days in Egypt and have no seen such a horrible place. I am attaching pictures of the dirt you can find: the mattress had cat pee when we arrived and smelled horrible, the litter had mould all over the bottom an I had to left it outside, chairs full of dirt, bathroom dirty as well and floor full os footprints, aircon leaking all the time, fridge missing a leg... Some guests were playing in the ping pong table and the lock themselves because, of course, the door was broken. The receptionist was with his phone and we had to open then... They don't have room service at least you are inside, unbeliaveable because I am on holidays. They say the told me that and it is true but it doesn't make it better...

Excellent from start to finish very clean rooms comfortable beds.HouseKeeping came everyday to change bedding change towels Clean bathroom and empty bins. Everybody was very pleasant and friendly nothing was to much trouble after staying in Hotels in Hurghada, as a solo traveller now since my Husband passed away I was worried incase i did not eel safe but I felt safer in Zak Inn than I have ever felt in hotels I will definitely be back in Dec no more Hotels for me Excellent service and very friendly. Very close to Shops Supermarket and Restaurants perfect location

Well I can honestly say I’ve loved it. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff lovely and friendly close to all amenities and so cheap. Loved every minute My husband came to join me as planned and also loved it. Pool really nice and clean anything that u need the staff do their best to accommodate you. Lots of people stay here short stay but I stayed 10 nights and have felt safe and welcome

I came with a friend from Sudan, we rented a room for 2 with separated beds. And when I come here they tell me I can’t stay and that they wont give me my money back, because I can’t cancel the reservation via booking.

It's located in the heart of Hurghada where you will find a nearby supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, all kinds of transportation and it's close to the port and new marina. Although, it's in the main street it remains calm. The room has a balcony looking at the pool and it also exists in a kettle, a/c, sech cheveux, mini bar and tv. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. The receptionist finished my checking in quickly and all the staff were smiley and helpful. The wi-fi just in the lobby. I suggest adding a Black Out curtains to avoid sunlight in the early morning. I recommend it for travelers who have plans during the day such as daily diving or other activities. I'll come again 😊

Zak Inn is in reality a bit more like self catering studio-apartments. There is room cleaning like in a hotel but apart from that, very few services are available. No restaurant or bar, in fact no food or drink at all available. Not a big deal though as there is a super market seconds away plus plenty of eating options out on the street. It must be one of the best value for money accommodations I have ever stayed in. Despite being right on the busy Sheraton road, once inside, it is remarkably calm and quiet. Rooms are like so many other hotel rooms, clean, quite big, balcony, lots of TV channels, WIFI (only just), fridge, electric kettle, shower (very small) plenty of hot water. Pool area is lovely and very well kept - could not be happier. Would have been nice if they had some kind of breakfast on offer, but there are plenty of options around so not a big deal. A bit strange that they do not even sell for example soft drinks or water. Perhaps best of all - reception staff super friendly - whenever I walked through, always a big smile!!
