Kunming Inns

The room is very big, hygiene: very clean, service: very good, and they upgraded our room. Facilities: very close to Haigeng Dam and Haigeng Park. There are still a batch of seagulls that have not flown away recently. They are in Haihong Wetland Park. The landlords are very nice. You can ask them for seagull bread, and they will give it to you for free. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. It is a very satisfying experience!

Nice little hotel with a very friendly owner. Comfortable and clean and attractive. My only complaint (and this is very minor) is that the wet bathroom shower floor was not inclined toward the drain, so we had a big pool of water to manage every time we took a shower. Just take a towel and push that water to the drain when you're done. Recommend!

The room was large and clean, with air conditioning and electric blankets. There were also maps of various attractions in the room, clearly marking which spots were for watching the sunrise or sunset. There was a small viewing platform in the courtyard, and just a few dozen steps away was the Wafangliangzi viewing platform, where the sunset was beautiful. We had firewood chicken, and the auntie was very nice, providing just the right amount of side dishes. Overall, it was a good experience and I recommend it!

Facilities: Very stylish decor, great atmosphere. Cleanliness: Very clean! Environment: The surrounding pedestrian street has beautiful lights and architecture, and it's super close to the Seven-Arch Floating Bridge, making it convenient for watching seagulls!! Service: We had a lot of luggage, and the staff helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and left, which was very thoughtful. Pet-friendly, my rabbit had a great time! I brought my own cage to avoid making the guesthouse dirty. Canned Roasted Milk Tea/Yunnan Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles/Choose one: The milk tea was delicious, with a strong aroma of rose and tea.

The owner of the B&B is really very nice! The bus we got off from Kunming Station picked us up and took us to the airport for free. It was so happy and hassle-free. The trunk of the boss’s car is big enough for a bunch of our suitcases! The main reason is that the price is really cheap in the off-season, and there is also a barbecue stove, which is similar to the one in my hometown. It is very comfortable for a group of people to sit inside and chat! There are also speakers that can sing hahahahaha. By the way, the noodles cooked by the boss lady are really suitable for my Hunan stomach. They are so delicious, and the tomatoes are so delicious that I want to take them away.

The hotel is next to the dam, and the ambient air is very good. It is very comfortable to walk on the dam in the morning. The hotel is very quiet, the car is parked right in front of the hotel, and there are many places to eat outside the door. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and it was very convenient to eat and play. Worth five ⭐️rave reviews! Worth recommending

It is our own fault but we did not realise that this was so far out of the city and at the entrance gate of a cultural Stockade. The host was helpful but there was a bit of an odour from the bathroom.  if your purpose to stay here is to see the cultural stock then this would be a good location but there are no restaurants nearby.  There was a nice view from our window of the lake and some beautiful traditional architecture to walk around and see in the area. 

The light in the room is relatively dark and the lighting is not very good because there is a wall outside the window and the floor tiles are dark in color. The sound insulation effect is not good, the towels are old and have rough edges. Hygiene needs to be improved.

Staying at this hotel was extremely convenient. The most important thing for a hotel is cleanliness, and this hotel is very tidy with incredibly affordable prices. The owner (the lady boss), along with her mother and son, were extremely kind—they helped with everything, provided pick-up and drop-off services, and made the trip very smooth. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the owner treated me like family. I’m truly grateful! If I visit Kunming again, I’ll definitely stay here once more. 这家酒店住起来非常方便。对于一个酒店来说，最重要的是清洁卫生。这家酒店非常干净，而且价格也非常实惠。老板娘和她的家人（妈妈和儿子）都特别友善，事事都热心帮忙解答，还提供接送服务，让整个旅程非常顺利。这是我第一次住这家酒店，老板娘待我像家人一样，非常感谢！下次再来昆明的话，我一定还会选择住这里。

If you just waiting for train or would like to stay for a short period of time and didnt care about the toilet, you can stay here. The toilet is outside, for us its creepy to go to toilet at night due to dim light and we had to go all of us. Overall since we waiting for our train early in the morning, it really helps us in short of time since we can just walked.
