RR.TeoLocation is a big plus here — right next to the convention center, a shopping mall with tons of dining and shopping options, and DiDaDi outdoor theme park is literally just outside the hotel. The kids loved it and kept themselves busy the whole time. Rooms were great and the outdoor bathtub was a nice bonus. We had a minor hiccup with the AC going out overnight, but the manager was super responsive and got us moved to a new room without any hassle since the technician wasn’t around over the weekend. Really appreciated that. Free breakfast and supper are both included, and honestly both were really good — plenty of variety and everything tasted great. Oh, and don’t sleep on the hotel’s rooftop photo shoot. The views up there are stunning and it’s a proper must-do during your stay. All in all, a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is fantastic, right next to Yulongwan Park. There's a small path leading to the back entrance of the park, and it's lush with greenery, making the air really fresh. The front desk staff (especially the young lady) was super friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious, and all the drinks in the minibar were complimentary. It also had a balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying a cup of tea – super relaxing!

GGuest UserWe chose a two-bedroom suite with our family here. The hotel facilities are quite old overall, and we stayed for three or four days. It's an older hotel, and while you can still see its past glory and the essence of its design, the overall color scheme and facilities now feel dated. However, the front desk and butler service were excellent, almost always accommodating our requests. Overall, we were satisfied. The downstairs pool, kids' play area, and even the evening entertainment were all pretty good. The outdoor hot spring was our favorite part, but unfortunately, it rained, so we only got to go once.

GGuest UserTo start with: it's been a long time since I've had such a satisfying experience. **Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded. **Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied. **Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees. **Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip. **Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again. **Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service. **Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers. **Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.

Upon check-in, there were certainly commendable aspects, as well as a few minor disappointments, which I'll honestly document for fellow travelers' reference. 🌴The hotel's most captivating feature is its environment. The lush, layered greenery gives the distinct impression of being in a tropical garden. The space is expansive, and the rooms are quite spacious with a well-designed layout, making for a very comfortable stay. Although it's been open for some years, it's evident that maintenance is meticulous; the walls, floors, and furniture are kept clean and tidy, with no signs of age. The vibrant green foliage is abundant, with winding paths creating a serene atmosphere. Being here feels like escaping into a quiet, hidden sanctuary deep within the city, far from the hustle and bustle, with the evening breeze rustling through the trees, gentle and relaxing.🍃 🏋🏻‍♀️I also want to specifically mention the fitness center and swimming pool. Their size is uncommon for hotels of this type, with a full range of equipment and crystal-clear pool water, making for an invigorating swim. The changing room facilities are also well-equipped. For those who regularly exercise, these are definite bonus features. ☔️However, during this stay, I also encountered a few minor disappointments. What was particularly disheartening was the lack of appropriate service etiquette. The hotel's greeting service seemed subjectively biased, treating guests inconsistently. I observed other arrivals being greeted with polite welcomes and gentle assistance with their luggage, while upon my arrival, no one inquired or assisted me. This disparity, the absence of a warm greeting or help, subtly diminished the initial excitement I felt upon entering the hotel. Furthermore, for me personally, the mattress was too soft, and the pillow height wasn't ideal, leading to some shoulder and neck discomfort after a night's sleep. The comfort level definitely didn't meet my expectations. Also, my friend arrived before me, and the room they were initially assigned had a leaking ceiling, possibly due to old facilities in some rooms. While the hotel promptly addressed it, I still hope that housekeeping can thoroughly inspect rooms before assigning them to guests.

I stayed at this upscale city hotel in Kunming and was impressed by the attentive service from the front desk staff throughout my stay – it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a bustling commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around. The lobby design is grand and impressive. On the day we checked in, the lobby was quite busy. While the bellhops were occupied assisting other guests and handling luggage, the front office manager immediately stepped in, enthusiastically took our bags, and personally escorted us to our room. Along the way, he patiently introduced the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions. I later learned he had only recently joined the hotel, but his professionalism was evident, and his explanations were perfectly tailored and insightful. Traveling with a child can be challenging. After my child's bath in the evening, it was inconvenient to go downstairs to send a package. After contacting the front desk, they arranged for someone to pick up our takeout. We didn't have to go back and forth at all, which genuinely solved a common hassle when traveling with kids. These small details really show their thoughtfulness.

The location is great, near Kunming Station, and very close to MixC and Spring City 66, so the surrounding amenities are super convenient. The service was top-notch, and staying on a high floor allowed for amazing night views. The best part, though, was the incredibly comfortable swimming pool. I highly recommend it to everyone! It shares the same building with the main Shangri-La hotel, so guests have access to their gym and swimming pool. The brand-new amenities make for a very comfortable stay. Location: It's conveniently located near the Parc 66 shopping mall area, and the Tuodong Sports Center Metro Station (Line 3) is right outside, making travel easy. Service: The hotel's Kaitang Cafe offers an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of high-quality dishes, including local specialties and outstanding bakery items. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The fitness center also provides fantastic service; they even offer complimentary coffee after your workout. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff, ISABEL, LOUIS, and HALINA, for their excellent service during my stay.
