This hotel is perfectly located—offering quick access to the centre of Guilin while being tucked away in a peaceful area, far from the noise and crowds. The rooftop was a highlight for me, providing a stunning spot for photos and yoga sessions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; while most don’t speak English, they were patient and made communicating through online translators effortless. Cosy and clean rooms!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to help us, especially when our train was unexpectedly cancelled and we had to leave much earlier than planned. We weren’t sure how to get to the train station, and they immediately helped us arrange a DiDi and made sure everything worked out smoothly. We really appreciated their support, especially in such a stressful situation! They also gave us great advice on how to get around and explained how to reach some of the most beautiful places in the area. They were always available, very attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and we felt very well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for everything!

I went to Yangshuo unsure if i could join a climbing crew or find a climbing coach. i had minimum gear except for my harness, shoes and grigri and thanks to the lovely lady boss of Linger House, she introduced me to a group of climbers who are climbing over the weekend booked at Linger House too. My climbing trip instantly transformed into a dreamy 3-day climbing trip, visiting four crags over the Qingming period. We expected bad weather for the entire weekend but instead, were blessed with great weather. i honestly think this is the highlight of my solo trip to china — great friendly and comfortable stay, quaint sweet cafe next door, cute kitty cats and dogs (owners’) on a quiet street in Yulong River district. i will definitely come back to Yangshuo to climb and stay at Linger House again for to hang out with the lady boss, Linger House crew, and the unforgettable BBQ nights and laughter at Linger House.

This hotel was in a good location and the staff at the service desk were very friendly and helpful. It was only about 15 minutes walk from the Li river cruise terminal and very close to the centre of Yangshuo! The staff also helped me book discounted tickets to see the Impression show which was really good. However, the walls were very thin so you could hear everything. Also, there is construction work outside the hotel (see photo) which was very noisy and which started early in the morning. This meant that the noise from the builders was very disruptive and as it was so close to the window, I had to keep the windows closed otherwise the builders could see in. Also be warned that there is no lift/elevator so you’ll have to walk up 4 flights of stairs and carry your luggage up/down. One of the staff carried my luggage up when I arrived which was nice!

The inn has an elegant, rustic charm with a beautifully maintained courtyard that's perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious and bright, with soft futon mattresses and spotless cleaning, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is a huge plus, as you can walk to West Street and easily find places to eat, rent a car, and visit attractions nearby. The owner and staff are incredibly thoughtful; they'll proactively recommend sightseeing routes and local dishes, and patiently answer any questions you have. It's a peaceful spot despite being centrally located, so you get a completely undisturbed night's rest.

Great place to stay. Peaceful and quiet yet right next to many activities. Very good small restaurants less than a minute walk away and bike/scooter hire next door. Access to river trail directly across the road. Easy to get further afield with Didi if needed. We went Ruyi peak and did a lot of cycle trail riding. The owner was very helpful and friendly and made the stay great. Highly recommend staying here.

Kate is a great host, very helpful and friendly! The room is perfect. It is good to know that if you want to walk to the city center and the Main Street you have to take the boat to cross the river (but it is quick and cheap). You can rent motorbike. Kate helped us to manage to go to Xinping with the bus and to plan to go around Yangshuo with the motorbike. I recommend! Thank you Kate 🙏🏽

Returning from my motorcycle trip, the courtyard was definitely what left the deepest impression. Right after I pulled up, a friendly staff member from the front desk enthusiastically helped me move my bike and even found something to provide shade for it (being a novice, I couldn't easily move the bike myself). In the afternoon, after a short rest, the owner brewed some tea for me while thoroughly explaining the nearby attractions and suggested itineraries. This was incredibly helpful for a first-time visitor to Yangshuo! The room was cozy and comfortable, and my child absolutely loved it. The value for money here is truly outstanding. It's close to West Street, yet offers a peaceful oasis amidst the lively area. I'll definitely be back next time!

We stayed in Yangshou for a few days to go climbing and really enjoyed our stay at climbers in! Lily was super kind and personable. She arranged our climbing gear and scooter and told us where to go climbing each day. I would 100 % recommend it, even if you're not a climber! The home is on a very quiet street very close to the main tourist town center. It's right beside an incredible coffee shop which is such a win!!

The room facilities are very complete, the hygiene is very good and there is no odor. The cost performance is high. In particular, the proprietress is very nice. She patiently answers any questions and helps with luggage. Before check-in, she also reminds you that it will be a bit noisy in West Street because there are bars! But I personally think it's acceptable. It's not as noisy as I imagined. I can lie down and sleep until dawn when I'm tired. The recommended restaurant is also very affordable and the taste is good. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I will stay at your house next time.
