We loved everything about this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Easy 7min walk to the train station, everything was just a walk away as such. Very nice and responsive staff and an amazing breakfast everyday. If you get the rooms with a view like us and nothing better than this, viewing the snowy mountains from the big balcony.

Nice location. Breakfast is normal. Nothing like 4 star. You need to prepare your own omelette. Beds were not comfortable. However, receptionist are dedicated and willing to help you. Got free tickets for buses.

Hotel provided with a 5 star service, nice hotel room, breakfast, and staff were happy to provide assistance to us.

The hotel is not far from Interlaken West Station. The room is quite large and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The soundproofing of the room is average. The breakfast is quite rich. Other aspects are pretty satisfactory.

In the morning, when you open the door of the terrace, the snow-capped mountains in the distance are right in front of you, and the fresh air is refreshing; in the sunshine, when you sit on the terrace, paragliders will fly over your head from time to time. When it gets dark, light a candle and drink a cup of tea, and you will feel comfortable and relaxed...

The room is small, but has a nice big balcony. It is a 3-minute walk from the bus station. The best thing is that the parking is free and the service staff are quite enthusiastic.

It's pretty good. The bed is not as small as in the picture. All the facilities are OK, but it seems that one of the heaters is broken, so it's a bit cold. Later, I took another quilt to sleep, fearing a cold. The location is good, close to the supermarket, West, and Ost train station, but it's also within a 20-minute walk, so it's quite close to Jungfrau and First Mountain. The service attitude of the guy at the front desk is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The boiled eggs with smiley faces will make you feel better.
