"Lovely heritage hotel. Beautiful building and very friendly and attentive service. Perhaps sometimes a little too much. Pool was lovely and food delicious. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Only gripe was that the WiFi connection was not easy to connect to, took a long time and when eventually connected actually quite slow. Other than this would highly recommend. Beautiful gardens and some fun animals to see around"

"Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏"

In a city like Delhi with cold days in winters &  Hot hot summers!! This needs to be updated Asap!! 5 star hotels can’t be offering space heaters as an Alternative!!"

"Nice clean little hotel located near New Delhi train station and not far from Paharganj. You probably can't find better hotels in the area for the price. If hygiene is an important factor to you in choosing a hotel, this is it. It's not squeaky clean, but you will be surprised when you see it. The room is a bit small, but if you're a solo traveler, the space is sufficient, at least to me. Breakfast is good, all Indian style. 작지만 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 파하르간지가 가깝고 교통이 편리한곳에 위치해 있어서 tuktuk driver 와 말싸움을 할필요 없이 조그만 걸으면 열차나 지하철을 이용해서 원하는 목적지까지 무난하게 갈수가 있습니다. 방은 작지만 1층에 아담한 courtyard 가 있어서 필요하면 조용히 앉아서 쉴수도 있고 커피(free, instant, but tasty)를 마시며 친구와 이야기를 나눌수 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 아침식사는 인도식이어서 우리의 입맛에는 맞지않지만 안심하고 먹어도 되는 수준입니다."

"I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors."

"Quiet, friendly, and the room condition is excellent. The towels are fluffy and white. The bathroom is small and the faucet is old, but Hot water comes out quickly. The breakfast menu is limited. But. It's delicious. Omelette, and latte."

"The best thing about the hotel was that it was reasonably priced. The doorman was very nice and friendly. Receptionists were generally friendly, but the female sometimes had a little attitude. I would not book in this location again. This hotel in particular is off a narrow street that is not accessible by car so you have to walk a few minutes to the intersection or 10 minutes to a major intersection because the nearby street is VERY congested all the time. This area is also very densely populated and taxi's take forever to arrive and exit The hotel was not the cleanest. I was not expecting much, but there were a few ants and flying insects in the room. There were stains on the sheets and towels. I stayed for multiple days and I didn't receive room service once. They did call and ask me once if I wanted it, but that day I had declined. The shower water was not hot (but acceptable warm if turned all the way hot) during the daytime. Only during the evening was the water scalding hot. The shower tile was not angled deep enough or the drain was clogged and there was always about 3-5cm of water pooled at the bottom. The sink was outside in view of the room which was fine, but the faucet is over 40 inches above the basin which caused the water to splash out a lot. The breakfast was ok. The presentation and color was great, but the flavor was lacking."

"The hotel service is very good, the room is very clean, and the water supply in the bathroom is great!! The lobby also provides unlimited snacks, water and drinks, which is really great!!!"
