On the front side of the hotel you get a street full of restaurants,massage parlor,small shops ,and some even open24hours, two floors mall and you can buy all the souvenirs you need in this area. On the back side you get a beautiful beach and a stunning view 🌊Sunset is amazing. • Excellent location, good breakfast,nice swimming pool,clean room. Check in ad check out went smoothly. *Remember to bring your toothbrush and paste, as they dont offer it but is also cheap to buy it there."

"The hotel lobby is an open-air concept, so without air conditioning, waiting for check-in can get quite hot and stuffy. Thankfully, they offer refreshing iced towels and a welcome drink (fair warning: it's very sweet!). The accommodation blocks feature a rustic charm, with red-tiled roofs and black walls. Each block has a single entrance that leads to four rooms – two on the upper level and two on the lower. A shuttle will take you and your luggage to your room, but it's actually quite close and easily walkable if you prefer. There's an outdoor pool to enjoy. We had dinner at the hotel's grill restaurant, enjoying sunset views with live music. P.S. Check-in isn't particularly early; our slot was 3:30 PM."

"Overall, my stay was okay, but there are a few areas for improvement. The variety of food was quite limited, and desserts were especially lacking, with no real choices available. I stayed on the 1st floor, and around 4–5 AM I heard scratching sounds from above the ceiling, which felt like there might be rats above the cornice ceiling (not the roof, as there is another floor above). I recommend the management look into this issue promptly."

"I had an amazing experience staying at this beachside resort during my vacation — definitely one of the best I’ve ever been to! The location is stunning, right by the beach and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation was super comfortable and all the facilities were top-notch. The staff were really friendly and always ready to help with a smile. What I loved the most was how kid-friendly the place was. The hotel organized several fun activities just for children and my kids had a blast participating in them — they were entertained and happy throughout the stay! The buffet breakfast was another highlight — so many tasty options and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start each day. A special mention to Mrs. Mary, the tour manager who was incredibly supportive. She helped coordinate all our activities in Langkawi smoothly and made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Langkawi — it’s perfect for families, couples or even solo travelers looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!"

"Customer service very good, room are big and spacious only TV is a bit small. Breakfast are ok but can have more variety. The gym equipment needs to be improved as some are out of order. Overall, we enjoy our stay here."

"We loved our stay in Mercure Langkawi! Great location — near the beach, the mall, restaurants, shopping stalls, and massage spas. The room is pretty, super clean, and comfy to stay in. Pool is nice and good buffet too! The staff are all friendly and welcoming esp Wadji! We wish we could have stayed longer. :)"

"We recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at St. Regis Langkawi, and while the overall experience was pleasant, there were areas that could definitely be improved, especially considering the premium price point. Butler Service: While St. Regis is known for its signature butler service, our experience left us underwhelmed. We only met the butler in person twice throughout the stay, and even during check-out, no assistance was provided. It didn’t feel like a true “butler service” experience at all. Perhaps the hotel should reassess how they define and deliver this service to meet guest expectations. Valet Parking & Buggy Service: On a positive note, the valet and buggy services were excellent—efficient, friendly, and professional. The team handling this part of the hospitality really stood out. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was decent but honestly did not justify the price we paid. Some items were disappointing—like the congee, which was served cold, and the pre-fried noodles, which were dry and lacked flavor. Additionally, if you are vegetarian, I would strongly recommend informing the hotel in advance during your booking. Otherwise, you might be better off opting for a no-breakfast package, as the vegetarian selection is quite limited. Room & Housekeeping: The room itself was very comfortable, and the turn-down service each evening was well-executed, adding a nice touch to the overall stay. Overall Impression: St. Regis Langkawi offers a beautiful environment, comfortable accommodation, and standout valet/buggy services. However, for a luxury resort, the butler service didn’t meet expectations, and the food & beverage offerings, especially breakfast, could use significant improvement. With some adjustments in these key areas, the experience could truly match the brand’s luxury reputation."
