"I specifically chose this hotel for my business trip, and my overall experience was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The front desk staff were professional and efficient; check-in and check-out were handled quickly, so I didn't have to wait in long lines. The lobby environment was elegant and clean, and the public areas were well-maintained daily. My room was spacious and bright with good ventilation. The entire room was meticulously cleaned; even corners and crevices were spotless, with no dust or odd smells. The bed and mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were very comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it exceptionally quiet at night, which allowed me to get a really good night's sleep after a busy day. The water pressure in the bathroom was stable, and hot water came quickly and continuously. The toiletries were of good quality, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, perfect for getting work done in the evening while on a business trip. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining options and supermarkets downstairs, plus ample parking. The staff were responsive and on-call, providing excellent service without being intrusive. The price was very reasonable for the value. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel for future business trips and highly recommend it to fellow business travelers!"

"I stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience, so when I was passing through Hefei again, I chose the Grand Hyatt! The service is consistently excellent, and they even upgraded me to a suite for free. The first time I stayed here, I was also in a suite, and I really love the layout of the suites. The living room is quite spacious, the TV can cast content, and the night view from the corner window is absolutely fantastic! The soundproofing in the room is good, which is great for light sleepers. The lighting design is also very reasonable, the air conditioning is comfortable, and it has a double-sink vanity. The only minor drawback is that it's not a smart toilet. There are a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Although I called ahead to reserve a spot and was told they'd call back, I never received a call. When I arrived, I waited a bit, and a car just happened to leave, so I got a spot. I think this point is a slight deficiency; their internal coordination wasn't great. The location is excellent; MixC shopping mall is right downstairs. But every advantage has its disadvantage – it gets very congested! There's no robot delivery for takeout, so you need to pick it up yourself, but if you contact the butler, they can help deliver it. Overall, the stay was quite good. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei!"

"A well-deserved excellent hotel! The location is superb, right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, surrounded by all sorts of great restaurants and shops, so you'll never have to worry about food. The room was clean and tidy, and watching shows on the 65-inch TV with screen mirroring was amazing! Breakfast was also fantastic, available from 6:30 AM all the way to 11 AM – so convenient. We even participated in a sachet-making event for the Dragon Boat Festival, and the staff gave us a lovely souvenir when we checked out. So thoughtful!"

"I can responsibly say this is a great hotel. They think of everything and provide excellent service. They upgraded my room whenever possible, gave me whatever I requested from the front desk, and even extended my checkout time when feasible. Overall, it's very good, but: 1. The hotel's central location makes parking very inconvenient. You have to drive around in circles, and the parking lot is quite small. 2. The robot delivery was too slow. Around midnight, a delivery driver actually came right to my room door to drop off my food, which was a bit surprising. 3. There are no power outlets near the sofa in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, I accidentally took an extra room card with me when I left. My apologies to the hotel staff for that!"

"The connecting rooms are perfect for a family of four. Hygiene: The hotel is clean. Facilities: There's a children's play area next to the breakfast area. Service: The service was excellent. We woke up late and thought we'd missed breakfast, but the hotel staff specially arranged for us to dine at the executive lounge upstairs. The welcome fruit was also a nice touch. When it rained in Hefei, the hotel provided umbrellas for us to use temporarily. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!"

"Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

"The hotel environment is great! What impressed me most was the front desk staff, I think her name was Peng Beibei. Her service attitude was exceptionally good! She's a very enthusiastic young lady; when I forgot my room card, she even proactively went to the elevator to swipe it for me. It really shows the kind of service awareness and enthusiasm needed in the service industry today. I hope your hotel continues to thrive! "My stay at Elong Hotel was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and patient, handling my check-in quickly. They thoroughly answered all my questions and even kindly provided detailed information on local transportation routes. Hygiene: The room and bathroom were very neat and clean, and the smart toilet was a nice touch. Environment: The hotel corridors are carpeted, making them very quiet. The room was also very quiet. Transportation: The hotel is very close to Hefei South Railway Station. A ride-share to Hefei South Station cost less than 6 yuan. It's very convenient to call a ride-share from the hotel; they arrive within minutes, and it only costs about ten-odd yuan to get to most major attractions in Hefei. This hotel is an excellent choice for business trips, family vacations, or trips with friends to Hefei. It's also a great option for leisure or extended stays."
