The room was very comfortable. We arrived very late. The little Jia at the front desk took the trouble to tell us how to use the room. He also personally sent us to the room to help us with our luggage. He also sent us the food that was originally afternoon tea to become a late night snack. It was really raining in time. The service attitude of all the staff is very good. We chose to eat in their restaurant the next night. It is very good. It is much better than the farmhouse dishes outside. Their chef heard that they have 30 years of cooking experience.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the exclusive spring seasonal dishes – I couldn't get enough of them! The front desk service was truly outstanding; they greeted me every time I entered and exited, their enthusiasm was incredible. The room was also incredibly clean and tidy. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is right next to Zhonghuancheng shopping mall, making shopping very easy with plenty of snack options. The front desk service is very professional, and check-in and check-out are handled very quickly. The subway access is also very convenient. The breakfast selection is very rich, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, including a vegetable salad. The chicken noodle soup was excellent, and the fruit was very fresh. The room was spotlessly clean, and the view from the window was also very nice. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

Requests were responded to quickly, and the hotel WiFi was excellent. There's also a gym and laundry room. The area around the hotel is nice too. They even followed up after check-out. The service throughout my stay was comprehensive, making for a great experience.

Accommodation there is provided with butler-style service. The environment is very good. The food in the farm restaurant is also delicious. There are also many activities for children to play on the farm, both free and paid. You can also not stay and just bring your children to play during the day. It was a good experience to eat farm food. I will come again next time!

I stayed at the Funley International Hotel in Hefei's Economic Development Zone, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, with Metro Line 7 providing direct access to the hotel. There are plenty of attractions and shopping malls nearby; Huizhou Garden and the Oceanarium are right next door. A two-stop metro ride gets you to Sam's Club, and the Zhengda Plaza and Zhonghuan City offer a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were warm and polite; they even offered bottled water on a hot day. The restaurant's food was delicious, and with three meals included in the room rate, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around. Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.
