My stay during the Spring Festival was fantastic! The hotel environment was elegant and comfortable, with a particularly strong festive atmosphere. Special thanks to the lobby manager, Wu Jing, for her warm, attentive, and meticulous service, which made the entire stay a truly pleasant experience. A brand new, morden themed IHG hotel, located in a high tech park, at the new developed region of the city. Closd to the lake side park, large shopping/theme park, and modernized old town shopping centre. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, as well as a shopping mall with plenty of eaterings. The quality of the breakfast was great, in term of both the variaties and quality, only pity close at10am. The staff in the hotel were also very kind and helpful, representing company's quality training and service standard. The hotel also kindly provided supplement drinks in the minibar as well as daily bottled drink water. Highly recommended.

This was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

The Hefei Swan Lake Hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Swan Lake, offering expansive lake views. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. The amenities are comprehensive, and the breakfast selection is rich. It's very convenient for walks and is the top choice for stays in the Government Affairs District. My experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

The room is beautiful and well-equipped. Downstairs, there's a large garden and an artificial lake. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of food, it's not crowded, and there's plenty of seating. The hotel is very close to attractions like the Anhui Science and Technology Museum, Museum of Famous Figures, Art Museum, and the Crossing the Yangtze River Battle Memorial Hall, as well as Chaohu Lake. There's a subway station nearby and a Wanda commercial area, making it convenient for dining. The service is excellent; I'll definitely book here again next time. They even gave us fruit and bottled water when we checked out, which was a thoughtful touch.

The facilities are excellent, and the hotel's parking lot is very spacious. I was here for a conference, and the breakfast was also very rich. Xiao Jia from the pool and gym was very good.
