Longsheng Hotels with Wifi

This hotel is an absolute gem! I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel in Longji Terraces, debating whether to go to Pingan or Dazhai. We are so happy and grateful we ended up staying at Yanduoshansu Hotel. Everything about it was incredible. Gorgeous location at the highest point in Pingan Village, with a panoramic view of the rice terraces and village, without feeling crowded among other lodges. At night we slept with the windows open to the sound of a mountain stream and cool air. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. But the highlight was the hosts who were so kind and friendly, despite language barriers. They helped us with luggage transfers, tips for hiking around the terraces and cooked the most wonderful, flavourful homemade dinner and breakfast - probably the best food we had on our trip to Guilin. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The room condition was excellent, and the view was absolutely stunning. We could take amazing photos right from our room. The owner was very thoughtful and paid great attention to detail. He's also a fantastic photographer; the pictures he took of our family of four were beautiful. All our meals were at the hotel. The breakfast rice noodle set was very flavorful, and the lunch and dinner dishes were delicious, offering both home-style and local flavors. Longji Terraces, we'll be back! The views are great and the bedrooms clean, including the air. The bed was comfortable—but hard so make sure this is what you like. It was the first and possibly only one that was amply long enough for me and for a European I am not crazy tall. The host was generally polite and friendly, but maybe due to the language gap a little laid back in providing information. On arrival the main areas smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and the host was casual with smoking behind the desk. This was also the case the next morning, so it was a bit difficult to breathe during breakfast. After a very long hike I decided not to return before having dinner as I was too tired to face the smokey room. However, after I returned there was a local lady there and the smoking had miraculously stopped and the air been cleared out… much better as the bedrooms are advertised as non-smoking and likely booked by many non-smoking patrons, so it was hard to understand the atmosphere of the shared area. It meant it was unattractive to have tea in there even though it is offered in the package. The host was also not pro-active about offering this, including for breakfast. It is easier here if you are a person who demands things. I am not… Breakfast was simple but good and the host was very kind in changing the menu for me when it turned out I didn’t eat pork. For anyone inclined to walking to Ping-an: it’s nice and fun and a pretty walk but it’s quite long. I used the signs and Strava to navigate. However, you can take a didi (local Uber) back, so don’t worry too much about having to walk that too! In case you are like me and have no idea if didi’s operate in national parks. They do here.

I really want to leave a review of the hotel and the area in general. We stayed here with our family and children for two nights. We were absolutely delighted with the hotel and the hosts' hospitality! They welcomed us like family! Warm, thoughtful, and attentive! The boutique hotel is modern and stylish, with a smart home system throughout. Cleanliness, excellent air conditioning, crisp white linens, towels, and robes. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Everything is new and perfect. It's a little piece of luxury, modern paradise amidst stunning mountain scenery! The food is incredibly delicious. We ate all our meals at the hotel and enjoyed every dish! The view from our room was stunning! Special thanks for taking us everywhere and patiently waiting while we explored. They gave us so many gifts! I'd dreamed of a photo shoot, and it was so nice to receive that as a gift! And the trip to the top of the mountain to watch the sunset was incredible, magical! Every moment was taken care of! All our wishes were fulfilled instantly, as if the hosts could read our minds. My worries about insects were in vain. No one bit us. We felt like we were in a fairy tale!!! I'll definitely come back to China again, and I'll definitely come back here and stay at this hotel!

We stayed at the Longsheng Huanlongge Panorama Inn for one night while visiting the rice terraces. We arrived at the hotel after taking a bus and then taxi from Guilin. The hotel is up a hill from where the taxi can drop you, but your luggage is carried up to the top using a special winch system! On arrival we were offered tea and local berries which were lovely. We had our room upgraded to a suite at the very top of the hotel building which offered amazing views over the rice terraces from its private wraparound balcony! The room itself was clean and comfortable with a huge amount of space. We ate dinner in the hotels restaurant which was tasty and reasonably priced when taking the location into account. One of our highlights was the included breakfast, there were lots of different parts of it, which were all delicious. After checking out we hiked through the rice terraces to Ping’an where we caught a bus back to Guilin. The hotel were also very helpful advising us about the hike, buses, luggage storage etc. They also had a very cute dog who was very well behaved! A big advantage of staying here was experiencing the rice terraces before the bus loads of tourists arrived. We would recommend staying here.

From the moment we arrived, Jason and his wife took incredible care of us. They picked up our luggage right at the foot of the hill and had it carried up to our rooms while we headed off to explore Ping'An village — such a thoughtful touch that let us start our visit unburdened and worry-free. The views from both the lobby and our rooms were nothing short of incredible — the kind of scenery that feels genuinely healing for the soul. We found ourselves just sitting and taking it in more than once. Jason's hospitality went above and beyond throughout our stay. When my friend developed blisters after a long day of walking, they went through their entire ice supply just to help her ice her foot and get some relief. That kind of generosity and care is rare to find. The decor throughout the property is completely unique — wood carvings and old doors that Jason salvaged and collected from old homes give the lobby and guest rooms so much character and history. It's clear this place was built with real passion and personal touch. We also loved the food at the hotel restaurant, especially the traditional 竹筒饭 (bamboo rice) — simply delicious, along with everything else we tried. Jason and his wife have created something truly special here. Can't recommend Baike enough — an unforgettable stay in every way.

Came here for the third time, deep in the mountains is a stockade like a Swiss town: houses are lined up, layers of flowers are first laid, and Jiaojiao is beautiful. Whether it is the faintness of the sea of clouds surrounding the mountain in the morning or the evening glowing and tender, or the stars at night, it brings a sense of peace and tranquility: two ears do not hear the world, and the edge is in this village; In the morning, you can go up and down the stone road, while enjoying the beautiful scenery around you, you can also go to the mountain tea room to have a cup of good tea; in the afternoon, continue to climb, sit in the pavilion at the top, overlook the whole village, and then shout out the inner poetry and distance to the mountains; At night, make a wish to the stars (the heart fire to the stars, the wish is true). Here, you can completely empty, live a few days of pastoral life, lamenting that the paradise is real.

One of the hotels with the best of of the famous rice terraces. We booked the round bed room and the bath and balcony view were amazing. As far as I checked, all rooms in this hotel face the same direction ans all have a great view. I think the higher you are, the better. However compared to many other hotels, all rooms here beat anything else . Though the room looks a bit dated and the bed was stiff (spring bed), the shower, bath and balcony was great! We were also able to eat and drink breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. We had some miscommunication about an allergy, and tried to order without soyasaus. However twice we received the food with soyasaus after they mentioned we could order without. we sadly couldn't eat what we ordered, but we enjoyed what we could it. Staff was very friendly.

It was a perfect living experience. Not only was it comfortable to live here, but the owner and his family were also very welcoming and even invited me to have tea with them. Moreover, their food is super delicious, and the beer fish is also good. When you get up in the morning, you can watch the sunrise on the observation deck, watch the sunset in the evening, and you can see the terraced fields from the room. It can only be said to be perfect. However, the transportation in Longji Terraces is not very convenient, so you need to plan in advance before visiting.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. I went out of season, so I was the one of the only guests for two days, this made if even more special. if you travel during rainy season make sure to have rainboots and rain proof coats etc. The nights and mornings can get very cold so prepare warm clothes. The family helped me from booking a local shuttle bus from Yangshuo to arrive and departing and also picked me up on my day of arrival from the park entrance. The Homestay is quite far up the hills, not very easy to find you need to carpool or ask owners to help with scooter ride, but the views and people make it all the worthwhile. It is close to many hiking trails and view points. The family welcomed me with so much love the room was exactly as it said. Their food and pricing is also very affordable. They family is of the local ethnicity and they gave me an up-close view in their lives and their traditional ways. I tasted their rice wine, chilli paste , traditional tea and bamboo rice and many other delicious foods. The owners and family are very helpful and if you have any questions, or want to know more of need to get to a certain part of the area they are happy to help. This family and their black dog filled my heart with so much love and gratitude. Note for for foreign travelers: They don't speak English, but do not let this scare you if you are a foreigner, translator apps are helpful if you can't understand the language. Overall, I highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil and family-like feeling enjoy the outdoors and nature. I will definitely be going back!
