GGuest UserMy stay at Tenglongge Panoramic Inn was an unforgettable package of delightful surprises and genuine warmth! First off, the location is simply unbeatable – truly the prime viewing spot for the Longji Terraces. Open your window, and you're immediately greeted by the breathtaking, undulating curves of the rice paddies. When the clouds and mist roll in, it feels like living inside a classical painting. And watching the wisps of smoke rise from the valley at dusk, time genuinely seems to slow to a crawl. The inn itself is also incredibly clean and comfortable; every nook and cranny is meticulously tidied, making it a perfectly reassuring choice for families traveling with children. The proprietress was even more heartwarming, treating us like close family. She welcomed us with hot tea the moment we arrived, enthusiastically sharing tips on the best spots for sunset views and recommending the most delicious bamboo rice. She even helped us carry our luggage all the way to our room. But what I'll truly remember for a lifetime was the 'drone scare' that evening! It was already dark, and I was trying to capture night photos of the terraced fields when I accidentally flew my drone a bit too high. With the low visibility, it crashed into the trees, and I instantly panicked. As I was squatting on the ground, frantically trying to figure out what to do, the innkeeper appeared with a flashlight and simply said, 'Come on, I'll help you find it!' It was pitch black in the mountains that night, impossible to see your hand in front of your face, and the path was incredibly steep. As we walked, a small venomous snake suddenly darted out, scaring me so much I almost screamed. But with lightning-fast reflexes, the innkeeper grabbed a branch and deftly pushed the snake away. We continued our search for nearly half an hour, stumbling through the uneven terrain, until we finally located the drone, tangled in grass and leaves within the bushes. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and relief, yet still shaking from the scare. He was drenched in sweat but kept repeating, 'As long as it's found, that's all that matters.' This wasn't just a hotel stay; it truly felt like finding kind-hearted family in the mountains! And as for the scenery? Words aren't enough – I'll just let the photos speak for themselves. After all, even a tiny glimpse through the lens is enough to linger in your memory for a long, long time. Next time I'm in Longji, I'm definitely staying here again!

LLeonie WigleyI had an absolutely wonderful stay here. I went out of season, so I was the one of the only guests for two days, this made if even more special. if you travel during rainy season make sure to have rainboots and rain proof coats etc. The nights and mornings can get very cold so prepare warm clothes. The family helped me from booking a local shuttle bus from Yangshuo to arrive and departing and also picked me up on my day of arrival from the park entrance. The Homestay is quite far up the hills, not very easy to find you need to carpool or ask owners to help with scooter ride, but the views and people make it all the worthwhile. It is close to many hiking trails and view points. The family welcomed me with so much love the room was exactly as it said. Their food and pricing is also very affordable. They family is of the local ethnicity and they gave me an up-close view in their lives and their traditional ways. I tasted their rice wine, chilli paste , traditional tea and bamboo rice and many other delicious foods. The owners and family are very helpful and if you have any questions, or want to know more of need to get to a certain part of the area they are happy to help. This family and their black dog filled my heart with so much love and gratitude. Note for for foreign travelers: They don't speak English, but do not let this scare you if you are a foreigner, translator apps are helpful if you can't understand the language. Overall, I highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil and family-like feeling enjoy the outdoors and nature. I will definitely be going back!

TTravel MausiOur stay was really nice and we enjoyed the view, fresh air and nature. The service was also friendly and helpful. She was really patient with our translating and was so kind to book us a car to get us to our next destination. We will for sure remember her kindness. Further, we must recommend her dish: beef potatoes. It was sooo tasty and spiced like Chinese-Western cuisine. Important: Our arrival was quite a journey booking a driver to drive us from Guilin to Longji. You must know that it is far away and you can’t drive to the hotel, only to the entry of the Longji Scenic area. There you have to buy tickets for the area if you did not book it in advance. There are some discounts for specific people, just translate the sign with the prices. After paying the entry ticket, you should buy a ticket for the sightseeing bus to take you up to your hotel. It is really a long way - wouldn’t recommend walking uphill to the hotel. The bus ticket also includes a return from your hotel back to the entry. Overall, recommending visiting the area and staying at the hotel.

There is a staircase next to the homestay, which is very convenient to Jiulong Wuhu, Zhaizi Center, Qixing Banyue and other places. The proprietress is hospitable and thoughtful. The Longji rice wine given is delicious, and the farm dishes, bamboo tube rice and bamboo tube chicken ordered are delicious.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have come to Longji. I lived on the edge of the Five Tigers in Kowloon last time. I didn’t climb to the mountain much. However, that one is a mountain view, that is, the room does not have terraces. Therefore, this time I want to say that I will try it in Ping'an Village. This should be an old hotel, but the sanitary landscape is first-class. Although unlike the Kowloon Five Tigers, you can take the shuttle bus to the hotel entrance, but this one will only take two minutes to get off the bus. The hotel’s food is cooked by the proprietress. The hotel’s pick-up service is the boss’s own responsibility. The bed linen and bath towels are very clean and the water is very hot. The large balcony is even more direct to the terraces, the price is super high, it is recommended. Figure 1 and 2 are taken from the balcony, super beautiful. . By the way, there are many shops on the Kowloon Five Tigers that borrow folk costumes, a set of 20 yuan, really, come here, it is still very good to borrow a set of photos.

GGuest UserThe hosts were very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They picked us up from the bus station, dropped us off, and even organized our bus tickets to Guilin. The food was also delicious and traditional. I would book this accommodation again based solely on these experiences. However, it's important to note that there's only a squat toilet and the bed is very hard. The view of the rice terraces is also very beautiful.

GGuest UserThe name of the hostel is One Family, and that is exactly what you will get here, since the second day I found myself sitting at the table with the whole family running the place feeling sort of part of this family. On top of that, the owner is part of the local minority living in Ping'ancun, so culturally it doesn't get more authentic than this! But what I truly want to stress is the kindness and helpfulness of the owner's son (whose name I unfortunately have forgotten). He gave me a lot of interesting insights about the history and culture of Ping'ancun, which was truly fascinating. In addition, he gave me advice about my travels, and, ultimately, I would follow his tips seeing some of the most outstanding places in China. So, if you need info and tips about a China travel itinerary, you are also at a good place here. Lastly, the room was like being in a hut on top of a mountain. Surely not as luxurious as other hotels in the area, yet again if you look for something authentic, go here.

The scenery is pure countryside, and the food is all authentic farm fruits, vegetables, chicken, duck, beef, and mutton, all free-range and pollution-free, sourced from local farmers. The staff are friendly and attentive. The B&B is spacious and clean. It's probably the best B&B within a ten-mile radius. The rooms are even more comfortable than expected, with Haofa suites, family rooms, and standard rooms available to meet all needs.
