"The room is not big, but it is small and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The only drawback is that there are no two or three clothes hangers on the clothes drying rod. The sanitation is good, the room, corridor, elevator and lobby are all clean. The hotel is right next to the clock tower in the downtown area. You can hear the bell at the right time, and it is very convenient to go to popular attractions. The drawback is that it is on the street and the noise from vehicles is a bit loud. The self-service laundry experience is good, and the laundry room is very clean. The front desk clerk will also help put the washed clothes into the dryer, and let the robot deliver them to the room after drying. Overall, this price is not bad."

"I have stayed here several times, and my eyes light up every time I come here. This time, the hotel is decorating with New Year decorations. The feeling of the New Year comes all of a sudden. Before I know it, the Chinese New Year is only a month away. The hotel is in a very good location. It’s a great place to go. Everywhere is very convenient. The gym and the laundry room are next to each other. I can go for a run while waiting for laundry in the evening. I especially like the front desk manager. The service is very good and he is responsive to all requests."

JJoshuaLOverall, modern/ new hotel, solid breakfast, friendly, professional staff, good laundry facilities, solid value hotel. Unfortunately, the biggest issue I encountered is cigarette smell. Note that this contradicts the listings here on the platform, since the room listings are all “non-smoking”, and that hotel management also mentioned in the Q&A section that it’s a non-smoking hotel. Anyhow having traveled quite a bit in this country, it’s understandable when this happens in common areas. But for some reason, cigarette smell is very present *inside* the room at certain hours, a first staying in multiple Hampton by Hilton hotels here, which affected my sleep during the first night - and I highly suspect is caused by cigarette use from the hotel guests in other rooms. Luckily, this issue did not persist into the 2nd night, and that we were able to get an air-purifier from the hotel. ——— 酒店挺新的，前台和工作人员服务都很积极友善，附近步行10-15分钟有个万达广场，早餐丰富，性价比相当不错。入住的时候有个有趣的对话：前台：先生，请问对房间有什么要求吗？我：要安静的呗，最重要的是无烟前台：好的，给您安排了XXX号房，免费升级了，离电梯较远会比较安静，也给房间做了无烟处理到了房间发现窗外就是高速，其实车的声音还是挺大的，并不会安静。更重要的是，出个门回来打开空调竟然有很明显的烟味（入住刚进房间确实没有）😅 前台友善积极，帮我换了个房间，同时也要了空气净化器。这里顺带提一下，电梯出去转右，单数的房号会相对远离高速。所以觉得刚入住和前台的对话没啥大作用。本身对烟味很抵触的，觉得这个对酒店印象有折扣。平台列出的所有房间都是禁烟的，然后酒店方在平台的Q&A处也明确列出禁烟的。可是，房客走廊可以闻到明显的烟味，甚至有点呛。如果只有这问题还可以谅解，毕竟多数酒店有这个现象，更多是住客问题。第一晚半夜在（换过的）房里睡觉时竟然被烟味熏醒了，空气净化器开到最大，声音会有点大影响睡眠，但没办法了，也关了空调，有缓解一些，大概1am-3am这个时段。住了国内不同希尔顿欢朋酒店（这是第六家）第一次遇上这个问题。第二天给前台反映问题了，派了工程师到房间检查空调/排风扇也让做了深度无烟处理。工程师说房间空调/排风扇是独立的不会被其他房间住客抽烟影响，本人对这个有点怀疑毕竟住了两间房都有这个问题。好在第二晚晚上房里没有遇到烟味问题。整体来说，烟味问题确实影响了（第一晚）休息，但其他方面，尤其服务意识，是相当不错。也顺带提一下酒店隔壁的餐厅出奇的好吃价钱也不高。

CChrisHaven't been impressed with a hotel this cheap in years. Where do I start? Lots of shops and restaurants around. Newly built metro line with a station (Nantong University) within walking distance and as of the writing of this post free to use. Lobby was large and impressive. The in-room balcony was also beautiful, too bad it was too cold to really use it. The big windows gave nice views of Nantong University and I can only assume saves the company loads on energy consumption. The bed was softer than most Chinese mattresses so I slept great. The smart TV allowed me to cast videos from my phone. Robotic deliveries should be the law and this property had one. Some of the deliveries were slow, they could use at least one more robot butler. Although I didn't interact with the staff much they were great and actually seemed like they enjoyed working there. The mirror is really cool but trying to sleep with that bright was impossible so I covered it up with some little stacked boxes. I couldn't figure out how to turn if off, other than removing the keycard. Wish this place allowed pets: the balcony, flooring, and cheap furniture would make this an ideal facility to stay with a furry bud. This place is ranked #1 for Nantong on the app and I can see why: Whether you're a budget or luxury traveller, make a reservation here! Hope this is a chain and if I see one in my next destination that's where I'm staying

GGuest UserSince I was going to Nantong University for an exam, there was no suitable hotel near the South Gate, so I chose this hotel in the relatively close West Gate area. The floors are high, and the 42nd to 56th floors are basically guest room areas. I didn't have any special requirements, and the service was OK. The room card didn't work when I was about to check out. I didn't have time to experience the sauna. It was relatively quiet at night, and it was generally OK.

Except for the hair dryer, there may be other small appliances that need to be used for electricity. The hair dryer or razor of the curling bar must be used for electricity. GGuest UserCleanliness: perfect. Cannot fault it. Location: not close to any tourist areas but it's in the same building as the metro station and a shopping mall which is very convenient. Service: not much service to review since there's no check-in desk, cleaner etc. I had to contact the staff to find out how to do a self check-in. It would have been nice if they contacted me instead. Amenities: I was disappointed. It's a beautiful room. I love the decor and I liked having a microwave and fridge. However, there was no stove, cutlery, plates, bowls, cooking equipment or utensils etc. When I have stayed at other self-catering accomodations in the past, all those things were provided. This meant I couldn't cook my own food like I had planned. I may as well have booked a hotel instead. It's very confusing because there was lots of storage for all the kitchenware and cookware. It's very inconvenient for me because I am on a strict diet after recovering from surgery and I still wish to travel, requiring me access to a fully equipped kitchen to cook my meals. Overall: if you don't want to cook your own meals when traveling, I would recommend this place because of the cleanliness, location and the beautiful decor. If you do want to cook, then you will have to book somewhere else.

GGuest UserThis is a beautiful hotel however we were very disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed because it was not hot enough. We came in June. Be aware that the outdoor pool and beach is only opened July and August. Other than that, good food and good service
