"We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends."

"The smart toilet experience is amazing. The smart toilet equipped in the hotel is definitely a highlight! The flushing force is strong and water-saving and environmentally friendly. The residue-free design makes the use experience very comfortable. The room is exquisitely designed and fully equipped. After checking in, I was attracted by the modern and simple style of the room at first sight. The original wood-colored furniture and warm-toned lighting create a warm atmosphere. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the fatigue disappears instantly after lying down; details such as smart curtains improve the quality of living. The room is very clean, even the corners are spotless, and the sound insulation effect is also excellent. No outside noise can be heard at night. The service is thoughtful and warm like home. From the front desk to the room service, the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff are impressive and must be requested. The breakfast is rich and delicious: a buffet breakfast combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients are fresh, especially the freshly cooked noodles are delicious. Fruits and drinks are provided free of charge in the room. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is a high-quality choice worth staying in repeatedly!"

"I came to Xinjiang and chose Haichang Hotel in Turpan, because I looked at the location and listened to it. Next to the national road, in the middle of the two large scenic spots, there is a large parking lot at the door. The lobby gives people a particularly comfortable feeling. The decoration style is particularly good. The business standard room room is also comfortable. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the 6th floor. The restaurant was quite big, the environment was super good, especially comfortable, the service attitude of the restaurant waiter was good, especially polite, very respectful of us, especially the restaurant manager Aju Guli was particularly warmly received, we ate in the box, Aqi Guli also brought the waiter in to sing to us. We were very happy. On the second morning, the manager personally sent us a nutritious breakfast. It was really touching. The breakfast was very intimate. Xinjiang specialty dried fruits, decimal ethnic pastries, fruits, especially rich. We are grateful to the young and beautiful A A Guli. To be honest, we really enjoyed the 5-star service in Haichang. We can give a 5-star praise. In the future, I will have to live in Haichang. I hope that Haichang's business will get better and better, so that the boss can make money."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with Xiyou Night Market situated right downstairs. Parking is convenient. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a proactive room upgrade. The room was fully equipped, with ample hot water for showers, and even a mouse pad on the desk – a thoughtful touch! Welcome fruit was provided. They offer two washing machines and two dryers, conveniently located on the same floor as the breakfast area. The breakfast spread was lavish, offering a wide variety of options, and the service was impeccable. Overall, a truly excellent stay with absolutely no complaints!"

"Facilities: Very good, the facilities and equipment are quite new. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly. Hygiene: Excellent. My friends and I, all girls, felt that the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Given the intense sun in Turpan, the room felt infused with sunshine. Environment: It's a very distinctive ancient city. Guests can also enjoy free sand therapy. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and explained the precautions for sand therapy. There's also free black tea and plum juice at the front desk, which you can fill up in your own bottle – very thoughtful! After sand therapy, you can't play in the water, otherwise I would have loved to swim in the small pool next to the sand therapy area. Service: Beyond words! The ladies at the front desk are truly beautiful and incredibly gentle. They also perform the evening show, though they mentioned it's not a nightly occurrence. We were really lucky! Five-star rating for sure. This is the best value-for-money B&B. Thumbs up!"

"This hotel was truly amazing! First, I have to praise the location. It's a prime spot—right outside the door is a bustling food street, and even an evening stroll lets you sample all sorts of local specialties. It's perfect for foodies! Transportation is also incredibly convenient, whether hailing a taxi or taking the bus, making getting around a breeze. I stayed there for two days straight to complete my Turpan trip. The hotel's parking lot is huge, so those driving don't have to worry about parking, which is a huge plus. The room was well-equipped with everything, including air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi. It was all very easy and comfortable to use. What really impressed me was the cleanliness. From the bed linens to the bathroom, everything was spotlessly clean, making for a truly reassuring stay. The breakfast was also fantastic. 👍🏻 All in all, it was a great value. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"The room is very cool, and the e-sports is great. I came to Turpan with my friends and stayed in a very cost-effective hotel. Four people live in 85 square meters, there are 3 bathrooms, and there are computers for playing. Fried chicken is nice! In addition, I would like to commend the three front desk guys: Waili, Ai Zihaier, and Mai Erdan. Their service is particularly good, and they are also handsome and stylish. I feel the enthusiasm of the people of Xinjiang!"

"I don't have much requirements for living. The overall hygiene of the room is quite good, the bed is clean, and the bathroom feels not damp. The lighting is good, and the cleaning aunt is also very timely."

"I stayed for two nights. My expectations for hostels aren't high, but I hope the hostel can address two issues. 1. Turpan is supposedly mosquito-free, but this hostel somehow had mosquitoes. On the first day, I killed one and went to sleep (because I was very tired that day), but woke up in the morning with several bites. The next day, I killed another and was about to go to sleep. I ended up killing at least 10 mosquitoes in a row, and it took me until 3 a.m. to finally fall asleep. I hope the mosquito problem can be addressed, as it can be disruptive to sleep. 2. This hostel has two or three rooms on one floor, sharing one bathroom. So, the bathroom can be quite crowded in the morning and evening, and you have to leave your room to use it, which is sometimes inconvenient for women who come in from outside. The host's service and the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are quite good."
