"American Village was absolutely beautiful for Christmas! The welcome drink was delicious, and breakfast was decent. The hotel was lively, so it was a bit noisy at night, but earplugs did the trick. Service was good, and the location was even better – super convenient for walking to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Plus, there's a bus back to Naha right next to the Hilton next door."

"I took bus 143 from Naha Bus Terminal to the American Village (it was the last stop for this bus, not sure where the actual last stop is) and walked for about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Since it was before check-in time, I waited in the lobby, where complimentary drinks and cookies were available. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped us store our luggage first; the service was excellent. After checking in, we were given an upgraded room, much larger than what we had booked, which was fantastic! American Village at night is beautiful and definitely worth staying for a night."

"Our plan for booking this hotel was to do a one-day northern Okinawa tour by car from Naha Kokusai Dori on the same day. It was 17,000 yen for 8 hours, and after researching the distances between a few spots, we knew we'd need to manage our time carefully. The hotel itself is very close to the beach and not far from American Village on foot. After our driver dropped us off at the hotel once we finished at Cape Zanpa, we took our time exploring American Village. In reality, even after narrowing it down to just three places (aquarium - Manzamo - Cape Zanpa), we still went over by about 10 minutes. The driver initially insisted we pay an extra 200 yen, which caused a bit of a disagreement. The hotel itself is quite good; the rooms are spacious, offer direct ocean views, and provide a fantastic spot to watch the sunset over American Village. The self-service laundry room being free is a definite plus. The next morning, when we took a taxi to Tomari Port, the front desk staff even kindly warmed up two bags of bread for us."

If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. Due to our efficient public transport system, we are spoilt. We don't really walk that much, so conserve your energy for exploration and shopping, not walking. 😄
This hotel has staff that speaks excellent English, a refreshing change after a few days in Okinawa. They provide a simple free breakfast and have a separate showroom and WC. The shower room is really tiny. But the overall stay is very comfortable.
It's definitely worth a repeat booking."

"Amazing Dormitory. I would stay here again even if I come as a family next time! it's close to everything easy to travel around! there are planty of space to store our stuff. if you have too much stuff you can rent a locker too it's only 110 yen a day so cheap. the bathroom is great and clean. staff are very helpful.
There are a communal room for people who stay in Dormitory only.

"The room was very clean and there was a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen, which was great. It's a bit far from the airport, so it's difficult to get there without a car. I'm not good at parking my car, but they cleaned it up for me, which was a big help! The staff were polite and kind. They serve bread and drinks for breakfast.
There is no bathtub, but there is a hot spring called Chura-yu in American Village nearby, so if you want to take a bath, I recommend going there!
However, I was bothered by the fact that the area around the toilet smelled like sewage."

"We had a fantastic stay in Chatan. The rooms are outdated as most of the hotels in the island but it is very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had to work as well and the internet worked perfectly. Nice balcony with distant sea view, wash machine and a safe were all a plus. It is very close to very nice restaurants and 15 walk to the bus station. We would have liked to stay longer but in the future will always be our place to stay :)"

"The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts."

"This is a tough one because the staff was very kind. But unfortunately for me the amenities were a let down. The head of the bed is on the other side of the kitchen wall, so constant banging and music. The curtains have big openings on top so not the best for privacy. Light is automated and will blind you at 7am. The AC is loud and prevents from sleeping. Inside the capsule, not even a shelf to put glasses."

__M1360133****the manager and boss are very nice and do their best to provide what they can do. The room is clean and have kitchen to cook, can do laundry,just like at home... Walk a few minutes to bus 120 station which is convenient to wherever. Come again for sure.

EEstherThe hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel.
My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay.
It had its down washer n dryer in the room, tub was separated from the shower which I absolutely loved it. full kitchen was also in our room.

蘿蘿菈The hotel is in an excellent location, in the first row with sea views. The rooms are very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, it still looks very good overall. Some of the furniture is a little old, but it does not affect the quality of the stay. The shower in particular is great. The hotel provides traditional breakfast, which we are a little uncomfortable with. Overall, the CP value is quite high and it will be included in the options for returning.

Hotel staff was kind to move me to a higher floor room at my request. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and decent facilities. Only thing to complain about is probably the gym (little equipment).

AAnonymous User- The room is very large, similar to a condominium, with separate bedrooms, suitable for many people at a low price, including a balcony and windows that can be opened to let in fresh air.
- The materials should be strong, no noise from outside, and can prevent cold weather.
- The air conditioner works well.
- There are enough kitchenware, sufficient for 4 people. If there is not enough, there are some for rent on the 1st floor, where guests can buy ingredients to cook (because the hotel does not provide breakfast).
- There are laundry detergents and other necessities for rent on the 1st floor.
- The corridor outside the room is quite narrow, especially the elevator hall and lobby.
- When checking in, when you arrive at the hotel, you have to send an email, take a picture of the parking lot, and wait for a reply. However, the waiting time is not long (it would be great if there were staff at the hotel to provide service).
- The hotel is not located in a densely populated area or tourist area. You have to walk quite a distance, which is not far from American Village (no more than 30 minutes). There are Lawson, McDonald’s, and Family Mart nearby (no more than 10 minutes). There is a convenient walkway.
- There is a vending machine under the building.
- There is a fair amount of parking available, but it is quite narrow and costs 1,000 yen, which is outside the city. Expect no charges
- It is a 100% self-service hotel. Those who do not need self-service should consider it. However, the self-service process is easy to understand and the staff is quick to provide service via email (within 10-20 minutes).

It was equipped with a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, which met the requirements of traveling with children. If you drive, you need to pay extra to park in the parking lot downstairs.

キキキ_1990In order to experience the Kingdom at night to watch the light show, look at the map to find this one. Near the American village, there is a bus stop within 10 minutes of walking outside. It is very convenient for people without transportation. There are many restaurants nearby. There are also markets where you can buy vegetables and cook. You can also rent a bicycle. It is super convenient and very pushy.

Not many amenities, but who wants to stay at the hotel anyway? Immediately next to several restaurants and walking distance to American Village. It’s also right on the 58.
