"Hotel is quite strict on security (albeit a bit troublesome cause need to scan every time you enter), but feels safe! Service by all staff was great. Help came quickly too when we dialled for assistance. Location may be slightly far from attraction, but there’s a mall with plenty of food options 5 mins away by foot, so it’s ok.
Oh! Gelato in the lobby taste really good :)"

"We stayed at The Pad Co-Living for 2 nights and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome from the start. The buffet was really delicious with a good variety of choices, and the room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also enjoyed the pool, which made our stay even more fun and refreshing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely love to come back!"

"My advice, do not stay here in July. The hotel allows the nearby teenage english students to stay, and they cause a lot of chaos and are unsupervised most of the time. (I am a teacher, little discipline) Unfortunately, this makes it feel more like a youth hostel, than a hotel.
Second, is the noise, lots of construction work up until 10pm and some all night long, lucky the room's AC is so loud but without it you can't sleep.
Third, be prepared for every single time you walk down into the lobby, sales people will pounce on you trying to sell condos. There should be no sales people within the hotel at all!
The pool and beach are amazing and the customer service is very good, but not as good as Boracay. But, at times the atmosphere is rowdy and not peaceful.
Lastly, the stock of the pool bar and beach bar is pretty poor, never has what you actually want, and it is overpriced. (food and drink)
Would I stay again? No. Is it value for money? I guess so.
I would pay a bit more to stay in a better resort closer to the beach."

New hotel across to cybergate mall with lots of food options.
Concerige staffs were very friendly and attentive.

Bathroom very slippery shower has no glass door to separate with toilet after shower toilet would be wet as a couple if you are in a rush you will not be able to use toilet while the other has a shower. Due to that bathroom is also very wet and slippery nearly slip over a couple of times.
Breakfast staff is not good they don't let you know that they do not have all the items on the menu when they sit you down only to let you know when you order hence was put in a spot to order whatever is available.
Also they are always just hanging around the coffee area and is so busy talking amongst themselves that they are unaware when you walk through the front door or when you want to order stayed 3 nights but gave up Breakfast on day 3.
Its a pity nice new hotel but bathroom flaw and Breakfast staff puts this place down."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were quite spacious and immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. One of the standout aspects of this place was the staff – they were incredibly accommodating, always polite, and ready to assist with any concerns or requests, which really added to the overall quality of the service.
However, there were a few areas that I felt could use improvement. The breakfast, for instance, was a bit underwhelming. While it was decent, there wasn’t much variety in the selection. It would have been nice to see a wider range of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences.
Another thing worth mentioning is the pool. Although it was a nice feature to have, it was smaller than expected. Additionally, during the day it was too hot to comfortably enjoy a swim, as there wasn’t much shade or cooling features around the area. A few enhancements here and there could definitely make the experience more enjoyable for guests.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with strong points in cleanliness, space, and service, but with some room for improvement when it comes to amenities and breakfast options."

"Before we submitted our booking,We requested to extend one room untill 6pm..We expect to pay a day or what the hotel policy is as our flight was a bit late at night.Unfortunately,Kicking us out at 1pm.So,we just went to the SM killing our time and came back to the concierge to get our luggages and went to the toilet to get changed and get ready for our flight home.We were so embarrased cos we were just in the hotel entrance corner unpacking and packing our luggages and their were a high profile people passing and stirring on us as there were two events happening in that night(5-6 pm).
And ooh…there smart tv only accepted android to watch netflix.

"I spent four nights in the excecutive suite of the new wing and i was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and excellent standard of this beautiful resort near the airport, which was not noticeable at all (no planes flying over or near the location). The hotel staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful. The beach was kept clean, the schools of little fish in the water indicating its purity. The restaurant Allegro's breakfast buffet offered a variety of different cuisine to choose from: tasty , fresh, appetizingly displayed. i especially enjoyed the local filipino treats like puto and bibinki. In addition i thoroughly enjoyed my vegetarian pizza at Delfino's and the refreshing thrist-quenching freshly-made juices at the juiceBar. I received two very relaxing treatments by Ms.Aileen at the Spa, with its peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Housekeeper Ms.Rose was impeccable at making sure i always had new bottles of drinking water. Although i did not require her daily housekeeping, my room stayed clean , towels orderly and my laundry was in perfect condition , delivered on time. This beautiful Resort deserves a five star rating in my humble opinion. Bravo and Thank you Bluewater Maribago, i know where i will be staying when i come back to the Philippines in the near future."

CChindafyeBooked an overnight stay with Seda, was a fantastic experience. The staff were attentive and professional. Rooms were spacious and clean.
The breakfast buffet available was delicious with a variety of selection available both western and pinoy friendly, my personal favourite was the salad bar.
I enjoyed using the views from the rooftop bar at night, and using the private entrance attached to the mall.
Seda is mine, and my husbands number one choice when staying Cebu City. 5/5 stars

The buggy guy didn’t make a fuss about it.
The bathroom of the villa where we stayed needs to have a shower door. The food from Saffron restaurant is not that good. But the amenities love it, especially for kids.

We stayed in 21 Flor and I Love the Room very modernized And super clean , the view is perfect for early morning coffee , the buffet was good Bottled water is supplied to the room daily. Highly recommend.

KKarinaKVery beautiful hotel in Greek style, white and blue. Immersed in flowering trees. The hotel has 2 residential floors and access to the roof. The view from the roof is very beautiful. The room had a kettle, refrigerator, welcome coffee and even tea. There is constant access to drinking water in a cooler on the floor. The water pressure and temperature in the shower are good. You can dry things after the sea in the backyard under the roof (constant protection of drying clothes from the sun or rain). We liked it, the shore is close. The photo shows the view from the roof of the hotel.

GGuest UserThe overall experience is good. Here are some of the highlights of our stay here in Solea Mactan:
Great points:
*Diverse and fun amenities which everyone can enjoy. From pools to beach to recreational activities.
*Staffs are accommodating. They are patient with our requests and always smiling.
*Foods are great! All are tasty.
*Hotel room is clean and hotel attendant always make sure that our rooms are clean.
*Freebies upon entrance for in-house guests.
For improvement:
*Bed requests. There should always be flexibility when it comes to guests bee choices especially for couples.
*Toilet flush. Flushing the toilet is sometimes challenging as the dirt slowly gets flushed down. This needs to be fixed.
*Leakage of water from shower room. There is a little amount of water leaking from the walls of the shower room to the outside wall facing the main room. For fixing as well.
*Slower request accommodation. This does not happen most of the times but there moments that our requests takes time to be done. There is one instance wherein we requested for a “make up room” but was not attended right away. We had to call again on the front desk for this to be accommodated, though they are still courteous and apologized on the request delay.
The experience is great and would recommend this to our friends but we hoped that the things needed to be fixed should be done asap for greater stay. Thank you Solea!

GGuest UserGranada is a special place to stay.
The owners are on the grounds and personally assisting with the guests and things around the resort.
Food menus are set for every other day, which is unique. The food is delicious! A mix between local and foreign cuisine. They’re accommodating with minor changes to each meal if you request it. They also asked if we wanted our Mel served in our room, which is very cool also!
Adults only, so it is a quiet place. Pool is 24 hours. Check out time can be flexible if requested and the room isn’t booked for your check out day.
This is a great place for couples who want a quiet and relaxing place to stay.
It’s nearby Oslob, the place to see whale sharks.
If taking a bus from Cebu city, the trip is about 3.5-4 hours depending on traffic.
The beach is relaxing with very natural sand composition and the sand isn’t connected to the water, it’s above it. Bring water shoes as the water is natural with coral. Great for snorkeling!
At night we found a giant hermit crab on the beach! First time to see one so big!

The room was immaculate, with modern furnishings that combined comfort and functionality. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the availability of essential amenities that catered to every need. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a great plus for staying connected.
The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were well-maintained and exuded a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, featuring local and international dishes that appealed to all palates. The in-house restaurant staff was attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience.
What truly set the Tsai Hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with warm smiles and a willingness to assist with any request.
While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience.
I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip!

JJann BungcarasI love the modern interiors! The wall is amazing! The room may be small but very functional. The staff are friendly as well. Just fix the elevator Down button of the 5th floor and we are all good! I love it here. And also fix the cable so we have something to view at night.
