"Very good position away from town 5mins walk. Picked up at the ferry checked in early no problem. Walk out of hotel pool in front then the beach and free to use sun beds. Booked a 3hr tour at the guy next door very good left early it gets busy. Bar on the beach very friendly. For the price good location clean and friendly but it is old photos on the site were probably taken a while ago. 👍"

"The hotel is excellent, with spacious rooms and a large terrace offering a beautiful view. The pool is clean, and the staff are polite and friendly. They allowed us to check in early and store our luggage on the day of departure. The only downside is the Wi-Fi. You have to enter the login and password every time, and the speed sometimes drops."

"Great location  Our suite was lovely although our view was a bit obscured by trees but that couldn’t be helped  We were able to go on a couple of trips as the weather improved which was good  The crossing was a bit bumpy but at this time of the year it could of been much worse"

"Our stay at Bayview was fine for the 3 days…we were hardly at our room though. The location is fabulous- close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle of restaurants, the pier and entertainment. If you have little children the walk could be lengthy.. but was fine for us. It is the last resort before the famous Long Beach so there is a lot of foot traffic to Long Beach each day in the peak season. We stayed in a garden view room at peak time, it was okay.. but the room smelt musty, there was cockroaches in the bathroom and the shower didn’t really work. The resort also fumigates each room daily because of the bugs and insects- all these chemicals are not good for us ( in my opinion) and the resort should forewarn travellers or improve their facilities instead of spraying chemicals every day. The room had TV and YouTube and good but noisy AC. Bring your own beach towel if you can. The resort makes you check in and check out beach towels, but they were more like rags in my opinion with rips and tears. If your mobility is challenged this is not the resort for you. The resort is quite spread out. There is steep, steep paths and steps to most rooms and only the very few front rooms do not require such effort to get to your accommodation. I’d recommend stating this on your booking or confirming with the resort before you book if you don’t want to be hiking up to your room each day. Overall, a bearable place to stay for 3 days as we were mostly out each day but the resort could do with a major upgrade and improvements to its facilities."

"Anita Resort is under reconstruction. So they blocked the way to the standard rooms block at the northern corner. The borders have to make a detour through the pool and reach to the three storied standard room building. The ground floor of that building is entirely messed up by the removed used materials and living of the workers. Due to the monsoon rain the entire block is covered by the bad smell of decomposed materials. There is insufficient light on the roads to reach to that block, otherwise stopped by cautionary words. The adjacent two storied building is a slum that violated privacy of the borders of the first and second floors of standard rooms block. Requested to change the room, the managerial lady asked compensatory money or asked the borders to leave her hotel. This was a rude proposition for the borders to Phi Phi Island for the first time. There is no telephone in the room and the boarders found none after continuously phoning the manager lady. The receptionist ladies were sober and kind, but not the one who picks up the mobile calls only unseen, she could be manager or the owner, we didn’t know. Yes the break fast was good and the location of the hotel was good too."

"Overall, not a bad hotel. The rooms are a bit worn, but generally clean. We got a relatively quiet room, free of insects and odors. The balcony overlooked the pool. The pool was clean, but we didn't use it since we came for the sea. Breakfast was just okay, a 3 out of 5. The staff was friendly. The only drawback is that the luggage storage is only for a couple of hours; they don't allow long-term storage!"

"A bit outdated, but over all the resort was great - staff was very friendly, caring and supportive. House keeping was lacking on one day, where the room wasn’t serviced until 3pm, after we called about the lack of service. It happened only on one day. We had a wonderful time at Phi Phi holiday resort and the food was great and had many restaurants to choose from. Many activities to choose from also. "

"The hostel location is located right at the loh dalum beach. The best thing is being greeted by the staff, female name is ”Nong” or something like that:- 1. The staff Nong accommodate me by letting me checking in early at 11am 2. Location is impeccable, located at Loh Dalum beach, the entrance is facing it; walking distance about 800m - 1km from the tonsai pier 3. Room is very clean, ample shower (shared among the rooms) * Can be abit noisy as its next to freedom bar and a few bars with fireshows etc, but it doesnt bother me - While I was there, the pool is still renovating, but I spent most of my time on the beach Love Ibiza, wld definitely stay there the next time I'm in phi phi"

"We selected a waterfront room and it was wonderful. We loved the room and the views. However, we found very uncomfortable that upon arrival there was a topless woman with her boobs out which is really bad for a couple to have that view when looking at the beach - so maybe, since it is a small beach that’s part of the resort, topless or nudity should not be allowed. The service was also impeccable as well as the food. Our tip: place a bucket in front of the front door so we can fill it with water to clean our feet from the beach sand before entering the room. Our room was always full of sand inside. Another long term change that could be considered is the mattress quality - it is quite hard and not so comfortable. Otherwise, everything in this hotel was perfect: food, room, service, super calm, cleanliness, etc. My husband and I would surely come back!"

GGuest UserThe facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it.

Aaguayo_mariaThe hotel is beautiful, in front of the ocean, nice rooms (though small), nice restaurant, friendly staff, pool is great too. But acustics are an issue in the hotel, the beautiful bamboo huts are zero sound proof you can hear your neighborgs breathing, and that wouldn’t be so bad if the extra loud cheap trance music from the bars nearby didn’t come in feeling like it’s in your room and accounting for terrible sleep. this was specially worse for me as I had a room with pool/sea view at row 1 and sound just went in there, I asked to change rooms and they did and at row 5  i had a much better sleep. It’s sad because this is not the hotel’s fault but municipality should really do something about the bars, it really messes the entire Phi Phi paradise experience.

GGuest UserHotel has a private beach at a good view. Room also has a very good view of the sunset. Very spacious room except some smell from toilet in the morning. Need to take long boat to and from PhiPhi town or pier. Need to take shuttle bus from the room to the beach and board the long boat at the beach. It seems inconvenient but get used to it soon. Hotel has a scheduled shuttle service but you can call and pick you  up in unscheduled timing before 9pm. Charges applied after 9pm. Generally happy with the hotel stay and food at the beach was good

I have to stop the vacation due to my grandpa critical illness notice received on Dec 20, we have to terminate my 4 nights booking after only 1 night stay. Eventually Ctrip agency helps me well coordinated with Natural resort for a kind settlement for us and the process reflects the full of human empathiness. Even I was felt the kindness from hotel service team when I initially communicated my grandapa case with her at hotel that time... Although it is not a perfect travel for me and my wife this time but I do promise to back again Phi Phi Natual resort! Thanks the hotel service team the warm and kindness i was felt... All the best!

SSitiFThe check in and check out process was easy and smooth, we were charged 1000 baht for deposit. It took about 10 mins walk from the jetty to the hotel. They even have a private beach area which is not as crowded as the other areas in the island. The staff even helped to bring our luggage to the jetty as we had 4 hours to spare before our ferry departure, so we managed to stroll around the island without having to carry our luggage along with us. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay and the cleanliness of the room was great considering the cheap rate.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has mixed reviews . I stayed there at the end of August and I’d say it’s not too bad or that different from nearby hotels . The hotel is right by Long Beach beach , they have a small pool by the entrance. They have a restaurant and a bar just next door. The room was nice and big the only downside was the shower , it was old and rusty but quite clean . I think they just need to do a few renovations. It wasn’t loud pretty peaceful and the breakfast on the second day was nice too. The staff is very very nice and always ready to help you with anything. They sent a water taxi to bring me to the hotel from the pier and take me back after I checked out. They also helped me book my speedboat to Phuket. Honestly the only bad thing is that it’s a bit old. The bathroom needs serious help . No bad smells and only saw one single gecko the whole time I was there . I’d probably stay there again when I have a travel buddy .

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and we really appreciate the team's effort in arranging a room with a nice view. However, they were very strict—each time we left the room, they asked us to leave the room key at the front desk. Having to put in extra effort for this was quite frustrating. The hotel staff did help us with our luggage. We requested an extra hour for check-out, but they didn’t approve it. It's fair to say they were rather unaccommodating. Also, there has been a landslide on the road behind the hotel. It’s an unfortunate situation for the hotel, and you might prefer not to stay there for your own safety. Also, we didn’t like the coffee and tea.
