The B&B is located in an ancient house with a single door in an inner street, more than ten minutes' walk from Selcuk train station and bus station. We stayed in a triple room with a bathroom. Chatting in the courtyard and eating breakfast cooked by the proprietor was very satisfying. The proprietor has worked abroad for many years and is quite tactful. His wife is French and not as diligent as Turkish women. The proprietor called a car for us to the entrance to Mount Ephesus, but the official bus couldn't get there. It was a ten-minute drive and the fare was the same 135 lire. It was more comfortable to travel downhill to Ephesus, but it was already dark when we arrived at the exit. I didn’t know if there were any minibuses, so I had to take a taxi back to the city, which cost 200 lire.

The hotel belongs to that kind of B&B. The three-story self-built house is remodeled, but it is very good to live in. The key is that it is cheap. It is really unbelievable that any small farmyard in Turkey can be decorated so romantically. The most satisfying part of this trip is the Turkish people. Every one of them is very friendly and enthusiastic, and they will take the initiative to come to ask if you need help. This is afraid of being cheated in other countries, but here is very friendly

It is small, but clean, at the entrance it has a very nice common space, it looks like a country house, it was the cheapest thing I found and it seemed expensive to me, that's why I only booked one night

The location of the facility is nice. It is possible to reach the place where the historical monument and food and beverage venues are located in a few minutes. There is a free car parking area right next to the facility.

Really chill place to stay in a great location in Selçuk. The courtyard is a lovely spot for breakfast to watch the cats come and go! Laundry service really handy and easy too. New beds were being delivered during our stay so if you go next year you’ll be super cosy! The owner speaks great English and is very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again! :)

so nice place, perfect location in the center of selcuk so you can walk easily wherever you want. breakfast was so lovely in the huge green garden, we really enjoyed stayed there...

Tuncay Pansiyon was a fantastic place to stay for our 4 nights in Selcuk. The team were super friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast in the cute courtyard and it was delicious. I highly recommend staying here.
