At this hotel I'm first time and I have fully satisfied with all conditions provided . Big and spacious , clean room and in very good location because near two biggest malls and small markets. Fresh and delicious breakfast with many choices. Would like to make sincerely thanks to all staff of this hotel and especially to Mr Ali Erdem, Ms. Ecenur, and Mr. Furkan who was very kind and helpful. Happy to meet such friendly people. I wish hotel owner increased salary for staff professionalism. House keepers very respectful and kind as well . I'm recommeding this hotel.

Very bad, unhygienic hotel. There were cockroaches on the bed. Do not recommend

Buffet in the morning was very weak and most of the plates are empty, not refilled. Once you ask to refill them, unproffesionally way staff can tell you, there is no more food. this happened 7:00 in the morning, buffet is opening at 06:00 so doesnt make sense. This poor service makes your stay like you are at the dorm. There are better alternatives around this area.

It was a good experience to stay at that hotel. I can recommend.

The hotel is decent but hardly a five-star hotel. I reserved a suite, which is big and well-appointed. The fridge is not working. The hotel should be refurbished. Otherwise, it should be considered a four-star rating. The staff are unfriendly and don't smile. 😒, I asked them to help me locate a taxi to the airport. They asked me to pay 80€, but I managed to get a taxi for 30€.

The swimming pool is closed and it very busy with students and groups

I booked this hotel for one night basically for the swimming pool but when i checked in i got told it's still under some work but it doesn't say that when i booked it, i think it was over priced and in a bad location, long journeys on taxis to main parts of Istanbul, i wont book it again, staff some of them nice and kind and some of them not.

Everything is ok, Nothing really particularly good or bad.

Hotel staff friendly and nice. However the hotel is not 5 star. I would say more 3.5 star by international standards. Because the spa and gym facilities under renovations. I would give them 3*

Hotel is a good one. I like it. It has very rich breakfast too.

It’s clean hotel and room.The room service was good.And thanks to specially beautiful ladies Arzu Deniz and Ipek.We liked this hotel too much.
