The receptionist at check-in said no English at all. The TV wouldn't turn on either, and it actually turned on after about 40 minutes after changing the batteries. It's more of a renovated apar**ent than a hotel. People cannot always be available. He sleeps whether he is alone or not. I would turn a blind eye if the price was low, but I have to say it because they charge a fair amount.

I booked Terra Suites online photos matched reality verrrry clean room with a small kitchen & private bathroom. Very quite, street has supermarkets & small restaurants opened till 3:00 am, close to Takseem Square & transportation stations less than 10 minutes walk.. Above all Mounir @ the reception is Sooooo helpful & kind, he helped us from the very first day he speaks English, Turkish & Arabic Definitely if we are visiting Istanbul we'll be back to this hotel because of Mounir.
