Room was fantastic, close to the market in walking dostance.

Very dirty, dusty old hotel was hair over the toilet we ask twice to clean the room With my allergies I can’t stay there more then 1 hour, they didn’t refund my booking I am not recommend this hotel

If you are going shopping in the Merino market area, the location is just super, but the service and cleanliness leave much to be desired. The hotel has no iron, microwave and the food is not very good

Too small and not clean. The elevator is broken.

The price is moderate.

The environment is average, and there is a feeling of decline. During the epidemic, masks are not very popular, and guests seldom bring them. I left with the mentality of running away. . .

Everything I asked at the reception, before arrival in e-mail communications, and later in person, . Everything was impeccably organized. Transportation from the Airport and back to the Airport. Dinner in the room. Taxi services, . The hotel itself is in a good location. The room is comfortable, and the most important thing is that the air conditioner worked very well. Because in some hotels of Istanbul it was not an example. Breakfast, a large selection. My only regret is that the pool was not in operation.

I have stayed there for sixteen days, i would say that i really appreciate all staff there from the receptionists, restaurant and cleaners, except one lady that she cleans there, she is ****** and dirty and a liar as well, i was expecting her to clean our room, she didnt do her job as it should be, which i would say it is a lack of responsibility, another thing, she does not clean the mirror in the bathroom even it is in her duty and she is getting paid for that, a lot of dust has been left on the floor which is not hygienic, I am an arab and muslim and i am proud of that as well, if you hate arabs or muslims, thats not my issue, i am a client and i should be treated like anyone else from europe or USA or the moon. Over all it was a great staying if not that cleaner that she is bitter as hell..

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good but the drinks is not. The pleace is very comfortable near to the tram and metro and shops. There is park places free but it is no parking, park in the street.
