Beautifully built but terribly maintained. I don’t know how old this building is but it has not been taken care of at all !!!! The pictures online look fabulous and modern but the quality in person is very poor. Thank God I did not stay longer and booked another hotel . The smell of the room added to my nausea so I really suffered with this. The room was very dirty, the walls, the bathroom, the kitchen.. all so run down. The style and design of the apar**ent hotel is great but since everything is old and scratched in person the beauty does not come through at all… I used the gym and sauna and the condition of the leisure centre was very bad too, a lot of mold and damp everywhere. It’s crazy. Plus is was very windy around the time I stayed and whenever I opened the window for fresh air stuff in the room shaked, like the door frame and some ceiling boards.. so I could not leave a window open as much as I pleased… Please only book for a night if you are desperate. You would be better off looking for a hotel that isn’t advertised as luxurious because G towers are not at all luxury, it’s false advertising in my opinion. I’m so happy my stay in over… So unfortunate

It’s nice place for two days but It was very very cold at night.

Overall, it was pretty good. The facilities were plain and clean, but it wasn't bad. The parking lot was spacious and good. However, the building was under construction, so it was noisy and public transportation was very inconvenient.

The room was very nice and big But not have housekeeping to clean the room And service from staff was awful and not professional I have a lot of problem in this hotel 1. The elevator not working the electric cut off many times Guest must go to the room from basement to the room I reached But They dont care too much and they said we must have to go to the room by stair from basement 😒around 3-4 floor 2.No Telephone in the room once i had problem i cant contact front desk I must go to the lobby to contact them. They had 3building, I stay in 2nd building, when i got problem i has to go to the main building to contact the reception 3.No umbrella for guest my baggage are wet when am checked in and they took my baggage to the room when its rainy 4.The staff act like don’t care my problem and they didn’t solve my problem 5.TV not working are freezing always ect..

I liked the staff how cared theirs guest. I used facilities such as swimming pool, its an another building, while you go there you might little bit get cold. There is bevarage coffeshops and supermarkets nearby, good place for isolate city rush :)

As for me it was good hotel. Good location and good price 👍

It was a beautiful stay, luxury, modern and comfortable. Highly recommended.

When I visit turkey, I will always stay in this hotel. It is very a confortable.

This is my second time staying at the G tower, very nice place. I will recommend it to anyone. Especially if you’re going for International health. The suite is spacious and comfortable much better than a hotel room.

First of all, I knew the hotel was quite far from the main attractions in Istanbul such as Taksim square/Istiklal street, Galata tower, Hagia Sofia/Blue mosque etc. According to google map, it’s takes over an hour to each of these places by a public transportation. However, it was mentioned that they had FREE shuttle service bus (to Mall of Istanbul & 121 outlet mall which is 8-13 minutes drive away depending on time of the day) but while we were checking in, we found out that they no longer had this service. Having mentioned that they had this service was the main factor we choose this hotel as I needed to do some shopping as well despite that it’s not the best location. Quite disappointed me and my husband! The other thing is that it’s also mentioned that they provide housekeeping service every 2 days. However me and my husband stayed for 6 nights and despite us requesting it on 4th day to have our rooms cleaned at the reception, it was not done. Disappointed again! We choose the apar**ent room without AC, but since it’s now early winter, we did not had any problem with this as it was quite pleasant and cool inside the apar**ent. Room looks exactly like in the picture. Few amenities were missing such as toothbrush. But they have washing powder provided which turned out to be super useful as I washed cloths everyday after exploring the city all day. We requested for a fan and extra pillows and it was provided within 10 minutes. Also since the stove was child-locked, someone came over to unlock the stove top as well. The attitude of front desk employees at the reception was not the friendliest. But they do answer questions when asked. The pool/gym/spa and breakfast is on the hotel building which is a few steps walk from the apar**ent tower. You have to request for access and they will provide the access card for you. The breakfast is the best part about this hotel. Really truly enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The spread was quite the most delicious. They have fruits, veggies, different types of salami, different stir fried veggies, pastries, different juices, cereals etc. So lovely and delicious in fact I would actually come back to stay at this hotel despite negativities just for the breakfast. It was that good. Also I would like to mention that they have a taxi stand just few steps away from the building. We were easily able to get taxi everyday. They used the meter and sometimes they were much cheaper than ordering one from BITaxi. Also there is a bus stop 6 minutes walk away. You could use that as well. Therefore my overall experience is 5 out of 10.

Air conditioning leaking water in my room, Bathroom not well specially water system. Just worse experience
