Do not stay here. It was a terrible experience, starting before we even entered the room. The room itself was not clean at all the beds were dirty and we found roaches in the bathroom. The only positive of this stay was it was walkable to the many sites.

Room was extremely small. Fridge wasn’t Working. Locker/safe keys wasn’t handed over for couple of days. Breakfast was just so called.

Went for for breakfast at 0945 before 1000 deadline. They had no eggs, no tea, no cold milk for cereal. Rooms are shocking and hot. Do not go to this hotel even if you're desperate. Feedback to manager about poor service he said its all your fault.

Stayed for 6 nights between Christmas and new year. Location is good. Minutes walk to tram, metro and taxis. Service is below average six days having the same poor breakfast : 2 kinds of low quality pasteurized cheese and two kinds of canned ham + boiled eggs and other jams and spreads. Cleanliness in the breakfast area is bad. Non of the servers wear masks, tables and chairs are back to back without any chance of distancing, servers puts back bread slices leftovers into new baskets and serves them to other clients, had dirty spoons two days in row. One day I asked them if I can do a sandwich for the kids because they were still sleeping but they refused. Rooms super small, you can literally not walk between the bed and the wall, bathrooms deteriorated, door cards keep needed to be reset every other day… pathways always full of dirty laundry and vacuum cleaners. Emergency pathways always full of ambushes. Would not recommend that hotel even for its reasonable prices.

The service wasn't up to the expectations, the cleanliness was very bad and sometimes they don't put toilet roll till you request. The breakfast was very poor and the staff wasn't that much friendly. They didn't even send someone to help me with the luggage when I was leaving. They close the shop where the ground elevator is at night so when you are back with your kids and strollers you need to carry some staris up to first floor elevator to be able to go to your room.I will definitely not use this hotel in my next trip.
