Young woman at reception was very condescending to my wife at the Checkin. We came there just for two days and one night from istanbul after we had to spend the day before (our anniversary) at a hospital in Istanbul cause my wife was sick. We after this horrific day we wanted some rest on Büyükada. We came there and got a room to the street with some loud workings and a shower that was not closed. I asked for a room to seaside, but only got it for 200 Lira more and even there it was loud and the shower was not closed (in both the door was brocken and not replaced yet. Breakfast was to small for two.

Bu zamana kadar gittiğim en rezalet oteldi. Otele giriş itibariyle fiyaskolar başlıyor. Çok öncesinde rezervasyonda not olarak düşmemize rağmen park yatak temin edilemedi. Sadece bir adet park yatakları olduğunu ve bununda bozuk olduğunu dile getirerek birde yüzsüzlükle ''ya bu o kadar da problem olmaz '' diyerek bizim yerimize kararı resepsiyonist vermiş oldu. Daha sonrasında oda kahvaltı konsepti ile almış olduğumuz rezervasyonumuz için biz odaya kahvaltı vermiyoruz ''bu kadar kişiye nasıl odaya kahvaltı verebiliriz cevabıyla karşı karşıya kaldık. Kahvaltı ise kendi başına domates salatalık zeytin ve peynirden oluşuyor. Kahvaltı yaparken yağmur başladı tente bozuk kapatamıyoruz cevabını aldık. Lobby ortak alan tuvaletlerini kullanmak istedik, rezalet durumda temizlik asla yapılmamış durumdaydı. Sonuç olarak verdiğiniz parayı zerre hakke**eyen bir otel ile karşı karşıya kalabilirsiniz. Özellikle çocuklu aileler kesinlikle uzak durmalısınız. Bize büyük bir ders oldu yorumları dikkate almadan ilk kez bir otele gittik ve büyük hayalkırıklıkları ile geri döndük.

Kaldığım en berbat tesis diyebilirim. Evet manzara var fakat odalar çok küçük her yer yemek kokuyor, kahvaltı çok sınırlı, hijyen kötü, odaya su bile koymamışlar neden yok dediğimizde para ile alabileceğimizi söyleyecek kadar da lakayitler.. civarda çok daha iyi yerler var bizim gibi oda manzarasına aldanıp gi**eyin

Odada sıcak soğuk hiçbir içecek olmamasına rağmen,oda servisi saat gece 12 de bi bardak sıcak bi içecek getirmedi,kapanmış barları,boğazlarım acıyor du, bi sıcak su bile yok dediler .sabah ise kahvaltıda bi bardak çayı içtik ,sonrasındaki çayın demlenmrsini tam 40 dk bekledik,kahvaltı saati dolduğu içinde diğer çayı oda numaramıza yazacaklarını söylediler.hem kahvaltı çaysız hemde zaten peynir zeytin bal reçel başka bişey yok,verilen paraya yazık

Deluxe suit oda tuttuk. Oda açıkçası pisti. Tuvaletin kapı kolu kırıktı. Balkonlu bir odamız vardı, balkonun dışarıdan kapı kolu yoktu, düşmüş ve takmamışlar sanırım. Haliyle kapı anca içeriden kapanabiliyordu. Yatak ve yastık rahat değildi. Kahvaltı da güzel değildi. Açıkcası otelde iki üç konaklayan vardı. Buna rağmen iyi bir konaklama geçirememiş olmak üzücü.
