It's a Japanese-style hotel run by a grandpa. It's very close to Kawana Station, but it's on a hillside and it's a bit painful to walk. Although the hotel is a B&B, it has all kinds of facilities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer, which is quite convenient. In terms of hygiene, because the location is very close to the sea and it is on the first floor, it will be a bit damp. There are tatami mats on the floor and ants were seen near the window😂. When we checked in, grandpa was very kind and introduced us to all the matters and facilities.

The scenery near the hotel is nice, but the facilities and rooms are really different from the photos! There is no public space and there are clutter. The bathroom floor is cracked and smells of urine. The room is cracked and dented. The air conditioner is old and loud and blows non-stop. The room smells very musty! But the boss is very polite. They are probably two elderly people who are too old to manage properly!

中國人不騙中國人！我很少寫好評，但是這次我一定要推薦這家民宿，民宿特別乾淨！我特地拍的照片給大家看，是可以看到海的海景房，價格卻很便宜，我看了一下，如果起的早可以在窗口看到日出（但是，我比較懶，睡過頭了）老闆是一個日本老爺爺，老爺爺特別善良，他不會英語，如果朋友們來，用翻譯軟件就可以～門口種了綉球花也很美！

位置很難找，前面的斜坡非常刺激，需要駕駛技術，停車也有一點困難，從停車場搬行李到飯店有石頭的樓梯，大致上是滿意的，房間的風景很棒，享受寧靜充滿自然的氣息，老闆很親切，老闆娘還好😂

The wife of the owner has some serious attitude problem, but the husband was very nice to us. There are holes on the wall and the property was different from the photos given. The road to the property is also steep, our car measured the angle at 18, so I advice to be prepared for that too. I know the wife are going to reply that we chose their place out of many in the listing... well that's because it didn't say on the details about holes on the walls. Anyway, good luck on your buisness.

Property is really great and the place is really calm. For travelers with car, the place is fine. However there are very few places for dining. So please carry the required food. The good thing is this place is close to Jogasaki. So if u are planning to enjoy the great view of Jogasaki and Kadowaki suspension bridge, this is an ideal stay

My son has a house dust allergy, so his cough got worse. The place was cleaned, but I was surprised to see a big spider in the toilet. I guess it can't be helped since it's an elderly person running it by themselves. The price was just right.

優しいご主人さん 声かけが嬉しかったです。 クルマで伺うとびっくりの坂の傾斜ですが笑 安くて居心地の良い施設でした。

道からの入口までの下り坂怖かったです。 路面凍結していなくてよかった。

仕事で宿泊させてもらいました。安く泊まれて助かりました。
