VACATION VILLA BLUE ARK, which I stay at here, is the worst. The website and reality are completely different. It's really awful. First of all, they advertise a private beach, but in reality it's just located at the edge of a public beach, so the inside of the room is completely visible to the many beachgoers, lifeguards, and people walking on the beach. Swimming is prohibited on the rocks in front of the property. The space in front of the property looks like a garden in the image on the website, but in reality it is covered with weeds and insects, covering the property, and there is no space in front of the property. It's just a grassy area. The trash left by the previous owner has not been cleaned up. The chairs that are covered in grass are covered in bird droppings and cannot be used. There are also signs of fireworks in this grassy area, and some of the grass is burned. Setting off fireworks in the grass can cause fires and is very dangerous, but I don't understand why the weeds have been left there until it looks like a ruin. Also, the website says that two SUPs are available for free rental, but both are broken and left in a broken wreckage state. (One of them has a missing fin and the urethane on the surface of the SUP is peeled off. The other one is flat and crushed.) The part to adjust the length of the paddle is also broken. Although it says that SUPs are available for free rental, they are actually tattered rubbish. This inn only opened in December 2021, so it is difficult to understand why it is in such a dilapidated state. Also, even though it was just after checking in, the drain in the bathroom was clogged, and when I checked it out, I found a large amount of hair sludge tangled in it. The washing machine was probably never cleaned, as it was covered in sand and had a lot of black dirt, and there was a lot of hair and dust next to the washing machine. The hair dryer was particularly bad, and was stored in a bag while still greasy. The living/dining/kitchen room on the first floor smelled of rotten food waste. There was no deodorizer provided. Many of the dishes and cooking utensils provided had not been washed, and were basically all greasy. Naturally, the barbecue grill and the terrace table were extremely dirty. The meat for the barbecue was discolored and dripping badly, so I lost my appetite, so I barely touched the barbecue ingredients and bought cup ramen and ate it. And there was no explanation at all when I checked in. There was really no explanation. Check-in is at Chozu no Toki, but they don't even tell you where the property is, so I had to rely on my intuition while looking at Google Maps. (There are only foreign staff at the front desk, and they can only speak a minimum amount of language, so I couldn't ask any questions.) Also, even though I booked with dinner and breakfast, they didn't tell me the meal times, or even if meals were included, so I was very worried when I paid the fee at check-in. There was no contact information written anywhere in the room in case of any trouble, so if anything happened, I had to look up the outside number of Chozu no Toki on the Internet and call it from my cell phone. It was almost 10 o'clock and they still hadn't brought breakfast, so I called Chozu no Toki from my cell phone and they said it would be there in 5 minutes. It seems they only bring meals if you pay the call charge and call from your cell phone. In any case, there are amazing traces of previous guests in everything. On the website, it says it's as comfortable as a hotel, so if you look at it and mistakenly think it's really hotel quality, you'll be in for a very unpleasant experience. It was a complete waste of my precious time and money. If I'm going to pay 150,000 yen a night and end up like this, a private lodging would be more comfortable. It was a special occasion and I only regret it. It's the worst lodging I've ever stayed at in my life. Not only will I never use it again, I don't even want to remember it.

VACATION VILLA BLUE ARK, where I check in here, is the worst. First of all, the website is a lie. It's just too bad. It's just as other people have written in their reviews. First of all, they advertise it as a private beach, but in reality it's just located at the edge of the general beach, so the inside of the room is completely visible to the many beachgoers, lifeguards, and people walking on the beach. There is no privacy. There are also signs of fireworks in this grassy area, and some of the grass is burned. Setting off fireworks in the grass can cause a fire and is very dangerous. Why has the grass been left so abandoned that it has become like a ruin? I can't believe it. Also, the website says that two SUPs are available for free rental, but both are broken and left in a broken wreckage state. (One has its fins removed and the urethane on the surface of the SUP is peeled off. The other is flat and crushed.) The part to adjust the length of the paddle is also broken. There was really no explanation. We checked in at Chozue no Toki, but they didn't even tell us where the property was, so we had to find it by guesswork while looking at Google Maps. Also, even though I made a reservation with dinner and breakfast, they didn't tell me the meal times, or even if meals were included, so I was very worried when I paid the fee at check-in. It was almost 10 o'clock, and they still hadn't brought us breakfast, so we called Chozue no Toki from our cell phones and they said they would bring it in 5 minutes. I guess they have a system where they don't bring food unless you pay the phone charge and call from your cell phone. I don't understand. Anyway, there are amazing traces of the previous people in everything. The website says it is as comfortable as a hotel, so if you look at the website and mistakenly assume that it is of hotel quality, you will have a very unpleasant experience. For some reason there are almost no bad reviews, but I wonder if they are manipulating it. I can't help but suspect that it is so bad. I really wasted my precious time and money. If I'm going to pay 150,000 yen and have to go through this, a private lodging would be more comfortable. I only regret using it for our anniversary. It is the worst lodging in the history of my life. Not only will I never use it again, but I don't even want to remember it.
