Motel 6 Houston, TX - East

Terrible. Didn’t sleep more than 2 1/2 hours bed bugs on bed and pillow. Sheets smelled like dry wet sweat. Bad experience.

The property needs an uplift! Old everything! Plumbing is horrible. I stayed two days and the water from the shower was still in tub when I left. Toilet flushes, but not well, have to flush numerous times. People live on property and has been from the looks of the environment. Please don't walk by, RUN!!

Requested a refund and never received one. Only got offered to move to a better room which was the same as the first. Shower water was cold, the shower nozzle thing was poor coming out it was so weak, the ac wasn’t working properly, the rooms smelled like c.heads smoked it out, the bed I requested was king but instead got two flimsy twin sized, the walls were damaged, there was dealers walking around everywhere’s, this place was nothing like the photos!!!!!

Roaches in our room and the people next to us were really loud and letting their kids scream

This is the worst place I would never recommend this property Roach infested smelling strange people walking the property and look like people live in several rooms not to say no working phones I had to bring my own cleaning supplies to disinfect my room please don't ever rent a room this is a place for someone coming off of the Streets in need of desperate housing only.

There were bedbugs and roaches . Place wasn't clean. I booked through ******* and paid for 5 days but I left 1st day. When I contacted ******* for refund I was told that I couldn't get a refund . I will not be using ******* again

Alot of roaches it's bad in 241. I try not to go here as often seriously it's always something needs orkin and better cleaners as housekeeper

Liked it was near expressway, didn't like the roaches.

Me and my family decided to look for another hotel since there was a lot of homeless people walking around the property, there was also a man outside his room appeared to be "HIGH" without a shirt mumbling to himself and aggresively moving around. the room that we rented (Room 224) was a NO SMOKING ROOM yet the room smelled HORRIBLE like old cigarette smoke. The bed sheets had cigarrette holes on them, as well as the batroom wall had a hole that we had to cover with a "clean towel". However when we flip the towel, we notice it had a lot of hairs. The lock of my hotel room door didnt had been taken off, so not even any sense of security. We couldnt stay for more than 30 minutes in that place, and when I asked for my refund, the clerk lady told me that she wasn't "authorized" to give me my refund for the two nights that I payed and I wasnt even going to be sleeping in that room. She said for me to email the manager, but the manager NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL and im still pending to hear from their HR depar**ent in order to obtain my money back. this place is TERRIBLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RESERVE A ROOM IN THIS PLACE. you're more safer staying inside your car on the side of the road.
