I was very surprised. From the welcome ceremony upon entering the hotel to checking out: it was like enjoying the level of an emperor and an empress. When you stay in the hotel, you can enjoy it all in the hotel.

My experience was really good at this property.. would definitely visit soon.. the room was always clean and set whenever i entered my room.. the room attendants were really observant while cleaning and knew how to rearrange my stuffs in orderly manner.. Floor incharge Sahdev did his best in taking caring of my room during my Stay.. i was really happy with the housekeeping team..

Hospitality was the next level. Staff was so caring and prompt on services We booked for our anniversary and they made this so special for us. Food was amazing..specially Lal Maas and spicy bread. We booked Royal Courtyard villa and experience is great.

The property was great.Vrinda was very helpful.only thing was that the breakfast food which i ordered was somehow bland which i did not mentioned bcas the order normally takes 35-45 minutes.I am sure they would have done something about the food but i could not have waited another 30 mins for my order.But still the property was great,staff helpful,checkin was great,rooms good.

Went to sukh mahal restaurant with my family and no words to express about the hospitality and the food. Everything was so delicious and perfect. Had an amazing time and all the staff members Sonu, Luma, Norgin Restaurant Manager, Jiwant Abhisheek, Poonanshu , Thakur we’re really helpful and making sure that we have a great time

Akshita & Rishabh wedding group !! 10th to 12 th sept, Outstanding service & hospitality given by entire team of Leela palace !! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect . From the moment we arrived ,we felt welcomed and cared for .The team here truly knows how to makes guest feel special !! Specially Thanks to MR Subhodip ,Chef Aman & Chef Janak For there outstanding supports and Food obesly! The room was decorated beautifully & stunning view of the nature !! Overall it’s a nice and comfortable stay !!

Food Quality can be improved, however the service was excellent. Would especially like to thank Vijay Sharma Ji our chauffeur at Leela Palace who went above and beyond and kindly supported us throughout our trip. Would recommend him wholeheartedly for anyone wanting a stress free and throughly enjoyable tour of Jaipur.

Truly one of a kind hotel the architecture and the location are the best that one came find in jaipur according to me. I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable special thanks to a butler named Ms. Arjit who kept every little thing in order. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area—I'll definitely stay here again! Thanks Team leela for the lovely stay.
