On this trip to Jeju Island with my child to enjoy the sea and water, Grand Hyatt was our immediate choice. It was truly impressive. Check-in was smooth, though the room wasn't ready until 3 PM. Even though we were assigned the 11th floor, the view overlooked the outdoor pool, and we could also see planes taking off, which I found quite captivating! The hotel has a 24-hour 7-Eleven on the 4th floor where you can grab breakfast items and drinks. The indoor pool is on the 6th floor, and the outdoor pool is on the 8th. The outdoor pool area features a warm pool/hot tub and a large main pool, and my child had a fantastic time there! The room we stayed in was very spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable! The TV was also large. Soundproofing was excellent, and the water was consistently hot. However, the complimentary shampoo left me with a lot of dandruff – I'm not sure why – so I'd recommend bringing your own if possible. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service to Baojian-ro and Shilla Duty-Free, running every 25 minutes. Just be sure to check the schedule. For the return trip to the airport via shuttle bus, you need to collect a ticket from the front desk beforehand with your passport. Alternatively, if you have a casino membership card, you can board directly. Finally, on our way back, we accidentally left our backpack on the shuttle bus. The hotel responded incredibly quickly and helped us retrieve it. We are extremely grateful for their assistance!

My elderly mum and me had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad, the hotel is a big property, there are two wings whereby my aunt and cousin stayed at another wing. We got a corner room and it was very spacious with two double beds. The toilet was equipped with standing shower and bath tub. It was a relief for us as we preferred standing shower as our legs were not that good to climb into the bath tub. The hotel breakfast is international style and there are different fruit drinks to choose. The hotel lobby has a cafe selling bakery and coffee, we spent our leisure there in afternoon too. Hotel staff are all very friendly and polite. The hotel location is very convenient diagonally across Shila duty free shop and many restaurants.

Nice apartments in the new building in city center. One minute from famous pedestrian street. Reception at 3rd floor near elevator. Clean new white sheets and towels. Average cleanliness of the room. Large balcony.

Jeju Island never disappoints, and this particular spot—though I can’t quite recall its name—was one of the most serene and beautiful places I’ve ever visited. Nestled between volcanic rock formations and the wild sea breeze, it offered a rare sense of peace that felt almost spiritual. I remember standing by the rugged coastline, the wind tangling my hair, and the sky painted with moody grey clouds—a scene straight out of a poetic film. With a flower in my hair and the ocean as my backdrop, it felt like I was part of nature’s quiet symphony. The landscape was raw and untouched, with mossy patches blending into black lava rocks and distant islands completing the view. This is the magic of Jeju—every corner feels like a hidden gem. The island is rich in contrasts: dramatic coastlines, lush inland forests, gentle waterfalls, and local markets bustling with life. Whether you’re chasing sunrise at Seongsan Ilchulbong, walking through the canola flower fields in spring, or simply enjoying seafood by the harbor, Jeju offers experiences that linger in your memory.

On holiday with friends, we booked a family room with two queen-sized beds. Facilities: The facilities were decent. Although it's a newly opened hotel, to be honest, it didn't quite live up to 4-star standards. The breakfast selection was only mediocre, comparable to what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel in China. However, the rooftop pool was excellent, and the kids absolutely loved it. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful, and some could speak Chinese. Location: The area is lively and bustling. There are convenience stores and pharmacies nearby, and the Shilla Duty-Free Shop is directly opposite, making shopping incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of dining options.

The hotel is very close to the airport, making taxi rides very convenient. It cost 6300 KRW to get here, and only around 20-something RMB for a ride-hailing service on the way back. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. Exiting the 7-Eleven, Olive Young is immediately to your right, though their selection is limited. A CU convenience store is just a short walk past the side exit, to your left, and the friendly gentleman from Northeast China working there was truly welcoming. Diagonally opposite the hotel is 'About Coffee'. They have self-ordering kiosks with Chinese language options, and while there's no table service, it offers excellent value. Coffee and cakes are only around 20-something RMB each and taste quite good. Shilla Duty Free is conveniently located a few hundred meters to the left of the hotel. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM; early arrivals will not be able to access their rooms. The front desk does have Chinese-speaking staff. Some rooms feature bathtubs, while others have showers. The bathtub rooms lack shower curtains, which is a bit inconvenient as water tends to splash out. There were some stains on the carpet and walls. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are not provided, so guests need to bring their own. Rooms are cleaned daily, and amenities are replenished, with two complimentary bottles of water provided each day. Both the mini-fridge and air conditioning unit worked great. Overall, considering the price of just over 300 RMB, it offers decent value.

The room was great, featuring a private bathroom. Self check-in and check-out were smooth, with staff available to assist if needed. Daily housekeeping ensures the room stays tidy. Location-wise, it's very convenient, being close to Baojian Road Pedestrian Street and Dongmun Market. While most amenities are provided, remember to bring your own toothbrush and comb. Bus stops and convenience stores are just around the corner, and surprisingly, the airport is even within walking distance! Aewol-eup Coastal Road is also easily accessible, although other major attractions might be a bit further out. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and comes highly recommended. Plus, there's a laundry room available for guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the service to be normal; there were no major issues, but nothing stood out either. The location isn’t very convenient for travelers, so I would recommend driving to get around more easily. Unfortunately, the room facilities felt quite dated. I had trouble getting hot water in the shower, which was quite frustrating. Overall, while the stay was adequate, I believe there’s room for improvement in both location accessibility and room amenities.

Extremely convenient location in Jeju City. The glass is not very sound proof, hence it's very easy to hear the traffic noise outside, hence do not recommend for light sleepers (try to ask for higher floors). Lounge / dining area was wonderful, their supper bar meals (we ordered fried chicken and draft beer) is reasonably affordable and delicious.

The overall environment was excellent, and the cleaning was meticulous. A subtle, pleasant fragrance permeated the entire hotel. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, so communication was absolutely seamless. The location was also fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are two convenience stores right downstairs, it's very close to Lotte Duty Free, and Baojian Road Pedestrian Street is only about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, I was extremely satisfied!
