Greg and Lilly were fantastic hosts! Our rooms were well-appointed, comfortable, and pleasantly decorated. The breakfast was great and set us up perfectly for the rest of our day. This is an excellent spot to use as a base to visit the Seneca Lake Region from.

We come here several times a year and it's always a pleasure. Greg & Lilly work VERY hard, but still have time to shmooze with the guests. Breakfasts are ever-changing and ever fantastic with a good balance between sweet and savory and a varied choice of two entrees every morning. Lilly does most of the cooking, but Greg makes breads and actual English muffins from a great starter dough from scratch. Where're ya gonna find that, huh!? Rooms are immaculate with modern fixtures in bathrooms, but with old-world charm and furnishings in every public room and bedroom. Clunky player piano slightly out of tune is great for Scott Joplin rolls or "play it yourself." Big screen TV in parlor impossible to figure out, but Lilly may be able to help. We'll be back in a few months.

Lovely home, comfortable room, very gracious hosts, and awesome breakfast. We stayed for just one night, because we were headed to the eclipse, but would have liked more....... We both loved hearing the horse-drawn carriages rolling by, too.

This was the best choice! The hosts, Lilly and Greg are so nice and accommodating. The house is beautiful, well kept, clean and cozy. If you want to relax, this is the place to do it!. And the breakfasts...I cannot say enough. They are truly a gourmet match made to share their delectable creations. Homemade pastries and breads, local goods and perfect flavor pairings make each breakfast memorable.

Greg & Lily are the perfect hosts! We received such a warm welcome and loved everything about the house! Breakfast was amazing and kept us full all day until dinner. The front porch and the rockers were fantastic to sit, drink and watch the sun go down. We took a wine tour with Greg who happens to be a fantastic sommelier and we so appreciated all his knowledge of the local wines and recommendations that he gave us. It was like chatting with a good friend! Lola the dog is an added bonus for dog lovers! We spent a beautiful weekend celebrating our anniversary and would love to return again soon.

The house, the decor, the hosts, the food, the whole environment was so fabulous. Gorgeously decorated and immaculately pristine room. We just wanted to eat our dinner on the front veranda and then play Scrabble in one of the many majestic living spaces. Didn’t want to leave! Our entire experience at Beckmann House was lovely!

My bride-to-be and me were looking for a special place for our family to gather and hold a wedding over a 3-day weekend, and the Beekman House was perfect in every possible way! Welcoming, congenial hosts Greg and Lilly, beautiful, comfortable, reasonably priced, meticulously decorated, and with many thoughtful personal touches. The building itself is quite remarkable, with fine woodwork and craftsmanship throughout, rarely seen or experienced in these times. We rented all five rooms, and each was wonderful, with period furniture and decorations creating a special mood, and the bathrooms updated to modern specifications. Greg and Lilly have backgrounds as professional chefs, and prepared the most delicious and remarkable breakfasts. The player piano in the music room was a huge hit with my granddaughters, and they danced while dad pumped the instrument and moving scroll, and we sang along. The other rooms provided ample space for gathering and hanging out, and had so many beautiful settings for our wedding photos. While this is a great place just to spend a night or two, if you are looking for that special experience, I highly recommend the Beekman House.

The 1897 Beekman House was such an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The cheese danish melted in your mouth. I highly recommend asking for recommendations because each one was spot on from a winery to restaurant recommendations. The rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable beds. I can't wait to go back

Owners Lilly & Greg run a fun clean quite b&b All the antique musical instruments in the home work and you’re allowed to try them. The breakfast we had was unbelievably good. It was all I could eat. We had a lot of fun and will definitely stay with Lily and Greg again.
