Hotel external environment: The hotel is located in Jiaxing International Electric City, which is a building materials market. There seems to be an auto parts market next door, so you can imagine the environment when entering the park. Fortunately, there are plenty of parking spaces. Hotel internal environment: Most of the buildings in the Electric City are low-rise podiums, but the hotel is a 17-story high-rise building. Unlike some small hotels that contract some floors in the building, the entire building is owned by the hotel. Judging from the lobby style and floor list, the hotel once had a lobby bar, buffet restaurant, Chinese restaurant and private rooms, banquets and conference halls and other facilities, which can fully meet the standards of a four-star hotel. However, perhaps because of masks and the economic situation, the hotel has experienced at least 4 changes of ownership (as can be seen from various traces in the guest rooms). All facilities except the guest rooms have been abandoned, so there is not much difference from the express hotel at present. The current owner may be operating the hotel accommodation at the bottom price. Of course, the current check-in price is still acceptable. The front desk service is still relatively professional and polite. The guest rooms are large in size, the layout is relatively standard, and the sanitation of the guest rooms is also relatively online. The decoration materials and facilities configuration show the degree of care when it first opened. Complaints: 1. The hotel only provides free parking for up to 24 hours during the stay. If you park for the second time after going out, you need to pay for it yourself. Parking is not cheap (see the price list for details). This is the first time I have encountered such "free parking" after booking so many hotels. There is no relevant explanation on the Ctrip page. 2. The hotel does not turn on the air conditioning facilities in the remaining public areas, including the lobby, guest room corridors, etc. in 0℃ weather. Compared with the guests' feelings, I think the working environment of the employees should be more distressed. 3. As mentioned earlier, many facilities in the hotel have been abandoned, but I didn't expect that a large hotel with more than 200 rooms would abandon the boiler together. The shower uses an electric water heater, and the hot water can only last for about 10 minutes at most. After 10 minutes, the water is cold and it may take 1 hour to heat it again. It is not as durable as the electric water heaters in ordinary homestays. To sum up, the fur of high-end hotels is actually almost abandoned. I hope it can get better.

The bathroom floor was dyed with blue pigment, the wall on the side where the toilet paper was placed was very dirty and had not been cleaned at all, the edge of the wash basin was broken, and the water temperature would not heat up when I was halfway through taking a shower at 11 o'clock. The room was spacious, but the facilities were old, and it was an old hotel. The configuration was OK, and the price was quite favorable. What could be improved was the sanitation work, especially in the bathroom. There was nothing cleaned in front of the window sill, it was very dirty.

The quilt was more torn than the one my grandma patched up, the carpet was covered in mold, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned for years, there was a thick layer of dust, the wallpaper was also covered in black patches, and as soon as I entered the bathroom, there was a stench of urine. It's hard to describe.
