The location is great like a city centre but the facilities is not enough in the room. However, the spa here is various

- Expensive - Convenient to ski in and ski out - Front desk did not explain all the benefits entitled by occupants, eg free coins for kid arcade, free warm bags, discount for spa, etc. - Food is too salty even for spaghetti, not only traditional Northeast Chinese food - Good ski resort but nothing else to tour around nearby

Songhua Lake as a whole is a great ski resort. However I wish there would have been more services and support for non English speakers. Our kids didn’t want to take lessons or stay at the kids club because there weren’t any staff that can speak English. The Prince Hotel is a wonderful hotel though. Conveniently located. The ski in/out convenience was definitely a key benefit. The only drawback was the crowd during peak holidays. We will definitely come back but will avoid the Chinese holidays if we can.

Had a great time here, the facilities were all very nice, rooms were clean and roomy. Skiing gear is also quite good compared to some other resorts around China. Staff were very friendly, especially 李影 who helped ensure we had a pleasant stay.

We contacted the hotel's beautiful lady Wang He and told her that we could upgrade the room with our child. She found Wang He, and then she found the first mate Guo Lixin to help us solve it. She also enthusiastically and proactively introduced the hotel's services, which were so thoughtful.
