當天下雪告訴我沒熱水 沒熱水就算了空調也沒什麼用 開兩個小時房間一點熱氣都沒有 一下雨下雪你就沒熱水 那你開什麼賓館啊？

感覺房間沒打掃乾淨，被子沒套好，床頭一股子煙味，廁所全是尿騷味，淋浴間有好幾塊尿漬，排風扇也壞了，尿滋味都去不掉，真崩潰了，衞生真的太差了
