JI Hotel Stays in Jinan

I chose the Atour Hotel Baotu Spring for my trip to Jinan this time, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Just a few minutes' walk to the right from the entrance, and you're at the north gate of Baotu Spring. Furong Street, Quancheng Square, and Daming Lake are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a subtle tea fragrance. The decor is a simple yet warm wooden style, which immediately made me feel relaxed. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were exceptionally friendly, and check-in was quick and thoughtful. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view of the old city rooftops merging with distant modern buildings, creating a beautiful blend of old and new. What truly impressed me were the service details: After checking out, I thought that would be the end of our interaction. To my surprise, Manager Xiao Yu even sent a follow-up text asking about my stay. Then, after I got home, I realized I had left my charger in the room. I quickly contacted Manager Xiao Yu, hoping they could find it and mail it to me cash-on-delivery. I honestly didn't expect the hotel to bother once I'd checked out, but I received an immediate reply from Manager Xiao Yu, who informed me that the hotel would cover the shipping costs. This was a truly pleasant surprise. I'd like to extend my thanks once again to Atour Hotel Baotu Spring and Manager Xiao Yu for their thoughtful service. Overall, my stay far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you're traveling with family or on a business trip. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Jinan!

Visiting Mingshui Ancient Town is quite close, about 1 kilometer away. There's a restaurant right next to the hotel with a wide variety of options. I recommend trying it for lunch and dinner. There's parking on site, which is mostly available. There are also charging stations, but I haven't used them. The street east of the hotel has many food options and a large supermarket. Check it out. The standards at Four Seasons hotels are generally uniform, and the experience was quite good. The only difference is that the breakfast lacks some uniqueness. I hope this improves in the future.

Th hotel is amid residential area but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. 👍service - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) The staff was so friendly. 👍room - very clean, and spacious. Have cute tea set. 😍😍😍 👍bathroom - amazing shower head and heated toilet seats. 🤭🤭🤭 😐amenities - have most but didn’t have body lotion. 😔 😐 breakfast - standard Chinese breakfast. 👍 location- very close to train station (less than 10min( but don’t stay here if you are looking to have fun in the city. It’s a bit far from everything. The warm friendly welcome I received from the staff would make me want to stay here over and over again.

Facilities: The regularity of the hotel has always been very good! Hygiene: There was a small problem during this stay. I turned on the shower and found water stains and hair, which was a bit surprising. Environment: I took a taxi here. There was no reserved passage for the fence on the roadside. It would be risky to go through the parking lot entrance and the lift pole. Service: Good! The overall experience was good! 🫡

I wanted to find a hotel close to the Drum Tower Hospital on the Internet, and then saw this hotel. I felt very good. I wanted to be closer to this hospital. I had something to go to the hospital at home. It was very close to the hospital and within walking distance. The service of the hotel was also very good. The front desk and the cleaning aunt were very enthusiastic. If there is a problem, you can help solve it. The layout of the hotel is also very reasonable. The room is well decorated, especially distinctive.

I was on a business trip to Jinan and happened to be in Hanyu Jingu CBD. I chose this hotel blindly. The location is good, and the surrounding environment is clean and tidy with business buildings. The hotel lobby is larger than the general all-seasons. I chose a comfortable room, and the space exceeded my expectations. The equipment is relatively new, and I used Baidu voice control to turn on and off the lights. The toilet seat is also heated, and I give it a thumbs up. This time I stayed on the 13th floor, and later I saw that there is an elevator on the 22nd floor. It would be better to have a high-rise room at this location. I will ask for a high-rise room next time if I have the chance.

After getting off the plane, there is a pick-up service. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be greeted by enthusiastic service staff. It feels very warm. The girls at the front desk are also very enthusiastic and look very easy-going. The room facilities are very new and very good. The room space is large and feels very warm. I really like the hotel. The hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.

The staff are gentle and polite, and they respond quickly to requests. I accidentally left my hat at the hotel, and a staff member even brought it down to me, which I really appreciate. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need. It's very close to the scenic spots, diagonally opposite Baotu Spring and Wulongtan, and also very near Daming Lake. You can see Daming Lake, Wulongtan, or Baotu Spring right from your window. Dining and getting around are very convenient. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay, and I highly recommend it!
