I'm an American here in China studying kung fu for the year and took a trip to Jinan for a short weekend getaway to unwind a bit. I really enjoyed the Atour Light hotel! It's my second time staying in an Atour hotel and I have once again been left wanting for nothing. My Chinese is actually atrocious but the front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and, I must say, I generally really hate bathrooms and need to wear a pair of slippers just to enter the facility but this has not been the case at either of the Atour hotels I've stayed at. The ambience is great, the amenities perfect for what I was looking for, and the location beyond excellent. Local food stops right outside the gate of the hotel and, if you're a westerner looking for something familiar, McDonald's is right around the corner too. No need for that though, the local feed hits the spot. All that to say, I have no complaints. Great service, great room, great location. 10/10 recommend.

They were able to accommodate a late check-out due to my itinerary, which was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast spread was ample and looked very nutritious. The late-night congee delivery was a warm and comforting touch. Highly recommend! My overall experience was fantastic. The bedding, as expected, was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were patient and thorough, and the housekeeping aunties were very efficient. It was a pleasant experience and left me with a great impression of Jinan.

The room was huge, and the service was excellent. Late check-out was until 3:00 PM. Facilities: All equipment was brand new. They also had drip coffee and tea. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Spacious, with a gym and laundry facilities.

Choosing Atour S Hotel Jinan Baotu Spring was definitely the right decision for my trip to Jinan! This hotel is an absolute gem. The location is unbeatable; Baotu Spring is just a few dozen meters walk from the main entrance, and after exploring Furong Street in the evening, it's only a few minutes' walk back – no need to worry about transportation at all. The service is incredibly thoughtful; as soon as I arrived, the front desk offered me black tea brewed with water from Heihu Spring and even proactively upgraded my room for free. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, it was well-equipped, and very clean. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the late-night porridge service was a great touch. All the amenities were well-stocked. I honestly can't find any fault with the location, service, or facilities. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Jinan!

The room was spotlessly clean: the sheets and pillowcases were pristine, and the desk surfaces gleamed. Breakfast was hot and hearty, featuring soy milk, steamed meat buns, and boiled eggs. The late-night congee service was a particularly thoughtful touch. The environment was also very quiet; there was no noise at night, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Atour Hotel Jinan High-tech Zone is strategically located close to the convention and exhibition center and convenient for travel. The rooms are clean and tidy, warmly furnished, comfortable bedding and good sound insulation. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, the breakfast is rich in variety and the quality is good. The overall experience is very satisfactory and is an ideal choice for business travel and family stays.

The location is excellent, close to Jinan's old town and right in front of Shandong University, offering an elegant environment. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also large, all marble, with smooth drainage, stable water temperature and pressure, and a full range of toiletries. The air conditioning was responsive and accurate, and the price was very good! There's also a laundry room with free laundry and dryer service, which was very fast. It was a heartwarming stay and I'll definitely stay again!

Let me talk about the disadvantages first. The road at the entrance is a bit narrow, and I couldn't find the parking lot. There was a bit of traffic jam when I picked someone up in the morning. But overall it's good, comfortable and affordable, and I can arrange for customers to stay.
