The hotel staffs are helpful & friendly. They are willing to help me to wash my clothes eventhough hotel guest need to self service.
Location is great. Exit from Jinan station, u will see Mercure hotel on the right. Follow the direction will reach the hotel

What I like:
- The room has nice decoration, spacious, clean, big window, large mirrors, comfy bed. The hot water system in bathroom works really well. Facilities in the room is new
- Very close to the Jinan West Railway Station, 8 min walking
What I don’t like:
- There’s no cotton swab
- There’s no fridge
- My room on the 25th floor but I still can hear the sound of the train, all day. Not so loud though.

It was great. I arrived at the hotel at around 19:00 on the night I checked in. The beautiful lady at the front desk upgraded me to a business king room. It was great. The room was very big and there was a floor-to-ceiling window so you could see the scenery outside the window. The bathing area was separated from dryness and heat. The TV can also project the screen. The price is really good. 👍🏻 I personally tested the hotel and walked to Jinan West Station for 10 minutes!

房間很寬敞，很大，很亮堂，很滿意。電視也挺大。就在濟南西站東出口右轉可以到，附近有很多酒店。在高樓，視野很好。
