All in all this is a very good accommodation option for Kunming, The apartment is perfectly clean and if you're a backpacker somewhat luxurious. The view from the 5th floor was okay, we didn't get the beautiful city lights we were expecting from other reviews but still plenty of daylight and a view of the neighborhood. It was a little difficult to find reception at first but a security guard helped us find it. I have attached a photo of the building to look for when you arrive. For a budget private apartment this place is perfect and well located.

The room is spacious and bright, especially the bathroom, with 24-hour hot water and complete facilities. It is also close to Manting Park, which is convenient for travel and eating nearby. I am satisfied.

The special room is a squatting pit instead of a toilet. It is not hygienic and there are mosquitoes inside. Advantages, good price and good location, 2 kilometers away from Jiangbian Night Market.
