早上9點多鐘就消防演練，廣播聲音很大，説是起火了，不要乘坐電梯，走樓梯去一樓大廳，火警鈴聲響起，害得我們沒穿衣服就跑，後來知道是演習，剛想躺下再睡會兒，後面又來了一次，這酒店體驗感太差了，下午我在高速上開車，睜不開眼睛，請問你們準備怎麼處理我的反饋？

第一次住維也納酒店. 也不會再有下次了.衞生非常的差. 房間滿屋子都是煙味，地毯上都是瓜子殼和其他的臟東西. 洗手間更加的臟. 洗漱盆裏麪發黑也不清潔.地上都是頭髮也不拖地. 看到讓人噁心. 整個晚上睡不好覺. 服務也不好👎
總之非常的不滿意！
