房間比較新，住的挺舒心的，服務很熱情，房間乾淨衞生。網絡也快，辦公一點都不卡，很流暢。熱水也很熱。奔波一天回來洗個熱水澡不要太舒服。每個房間都有窗户，通風效果很好，房間也沒有異味。

第一次住如家，環境出乎我的意料，一百多的房間，乾淨衞生，進房間有一股清香，毛巾浴巾都是包裝好的，用起來放心，還有一次性的小香皂，可以洗一些小東西，很方便。樓下就是公交車站台，去泉州西街也很方便。很滿意的一次入住。
