前台服務員工辦事專業快速而且禮貌好。
房間明亮整潔床鋪乾淨企理，沖涼水夠熱夠大，但衛生間有一點點嗅味。

訂的家庭房，一個大床一個小床，放在一個房間，顯得房間比較擠，大床1.8米，比較高。馬桶智能得還比較好，洗髮水質量一般，離九寨溝溝口很近

我們在五一期間入住酒店，在酒店最忙的時候依然感受到了非常貼心細緻的服務。辦理入住的時候已經很晚了，前台小姐姐還幫我們抬行李箱，貼心地問我們對樓層的要求之類的，一直笑眯眯的，對九寨溝的第一印象超級超級好。後來退房走了好幾天之後，忽然發現Ipad上的筆找不到了，不抱希望的情況下給酒店打了個電話，當時酒店回覆沒有找到，後續如果找到會再跟我聯繫，其實我們就已經放棄了，沒想到酒店很認真負責，接到我們的電話直接一直在幫我們尋找，找到之後立馬給我打了電話，太開心了太開心了，簡直太負責啦，明明已經退房那麼久了，工作人員一定是費了很大的力氣才找到的，特別特別感謝，之後再去九寨溝一定還會選擇這裏，也一定會向身邊的朋友大力宣傳推薦，最後再次表達我們的感謝，祝你們生意興隆，工作開心，健康幸福。
